Born in Jacksonville, Andrea is a real Northeast Florida native! She graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelors of Business Administration and Marketing! That business degree came in handy! Andrea met her husband in 1999 at a Christmas party. He began his own medical practice after they wed, and Andrea found herself a business jack-of-all-trades, handling everything from office administration to medical billing. While she helped her husband run his business, she knew she wanted something more. One evening, while browsing homes online for fun, her husband gave her the light bulb moment. "Why don't you go into Real Estate?" he asked. Andrea was shocked by how much sense that next step made to her. Within a year, she had her Real Estate license and began practicing. As a seasoned real estate professional, she recognizes the value the trust her clients place in her to help them achieve their real estate dreams.     UPDATE FROM MY ORIGINAL COMMENT BELOW Still no letter and still no deposit back, been almost 3 months since we moved out and they are certainly just waiting this out until I give up it seems…was able to email Cindy and she said they would look into it, this was a few weeks ago…nothing Have talked with several local Facebook groups, etc and this seems like a very common experience with this company Be aware and wouldn’t do any business with this company STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY (their property management side), I feel like they are a bunch of scammers and even when they say they are in the people business, they don’t like to talk with you…they only communicate through certified mail…almost hard to believe, but true Owner was nice but his staff are very rude and unkind and will throw the law book at you, so you better know your stuff when signing up with them! Don’t expect your deposit back within 30 days, you will just get a certified letter with all your deductions, that you have to send another certified letter back if you have a disagreement…the process will wear you out so the company/landlord will just be able to keep your money until you give up I went to their office to resolve, and they kicked me out…crazy I believe, but their business, and just handed me papers of the law
