Update on Jillian Brough. Since we had such a great experience with Jillian last year in our purchase of a home (closed July 2023), we decided to use her services again this year!! We needed to do a 1031 exchange for a property we sold in another state. I contacted Jillian and she immediately went to work. We wanted two homes in the Aberdeen tract in St Johns County. Well, to make a long story short, we just closed on our second home. Both homes are fantastic and we already have quality tenants who have signed rental leases. Once again, Jillian provided us incredible insight and information to get the best deals possible. She really follows through on everything, is always available, and has the most pleasant personality.
