We are so happy that we chose Erin Mount as our realtor for selling our home. She was able to guide us through the entire process. She understood the market and gave us sound advice on what to repair or replace versus leave as is. She gave us expert advice and assistance on staging our home to make it most appealing to buyers. She knew how to price it in the current market. She handled the collection and analysis of the numerous good offers we received. And she helped all the way through and even past closing. Jody Caputo sold my house in 30 minutes at the highest price ever in my neighborhood (well, they still had to walk through the next day). I wanted to make it nice for the new owner and remodeled it. She knew what I spent, saw what I did, and knew that a premium was in order. Jody walked me through all the listing and selling details and actually sent the contract back to the buying agent because of errors.She worked with me and my general contractor to provide input to keep it on schedule. Because of her contacts, she was getting calls even before it was listed. She posted preliminary pictures from her cell phone that were awesome because the photographer was delayed.I was very happy with the support provided by Jody. It took us four years to sell our home in the Chicago area and twice a year we would visit Neptune Beach. Howard took us RE looking almost every time we were in town. He's patient, thorough, gives honest feedback along with guesstimates on any repair work or upgrades he feels should be considered before making an offer. We purchased new construction and Howard did an excellent job negotiating the best possible deal. He spent many hours before and during the walk-thru to ensure our new home was meeting/exceeding the builder's commitments and our expectations. When you hear people talk about how miserable they were, or how hard they were we would look like we were lying by how amazing it was.Easily the friendliest and most reliable professional we have ever dealt with. He listed to our concerns, our interests, and gave us good feedback. As a family and have kids of his own, he knew what to look for. His ability to point out what is good structure and not, what to look out for in homes and the knowledge of the areas and crime rates is probably un-matched anywhere else in the Country.I am not a person for reviews, I find that they can be a waste of time as they usually fall on deaf ears, but if you are ever considering buying a house I am LITERALLY BEGGING YOU, do NOT waste your time with any other realtor.
