Born in Olongapo City, Philippines, while her father was stationed there with the U.S. Navy, Denise DiCarlo’s story is rooted in both adventure and heart. She grew up in Atlantic Beach and attended Fletcher High School, where she met her husband at just 15 years old — a true high school sweetheart story. Today, they’re happily married with five children (four boys and one girl), plus a yellow lab named Bo — the self-appointed boss of the house — and a Himalayan Persian cat, Bentley.

Before real estate, Denise studied at Capri School of Cosmetology in Roxbury, NJ, and later became a senior lead bra fitting specialist at Victoria’s Secret, where she mastered personalized service and client care. Real estate had been on her heart for 12 years before she finally took the leap, encouraged by her husband’s unwavering support.

 

Now, Denise stands out for her responsiveness, integrity, and genuine dedication. She’s not just closing deals — she’s building lasting relationships grounded in trust.
