Growing up in the Avondale neighborhood near the River , then living in Ponte Vedra close the Beach, Jen developed a great appreciation for the water and is able to showcase treasures like that for local residents or those relocating. She is also a specialist in historic and older homes, understanding that sometimes a newer home simply can't match the character and mystique presented in older homes and communities. Many times seeing the potential in the home is far more attractive than just viewing a home in its current state.     UPDATE FROM MY ORIGINAL COMMENT BELOW Still no letter and still no deposit back, been almost 3 months since we moved out and they are certainly just waiting this out until I give up it seems…was able to email Cindy and she said they would look into it, this was a few weeks ago…nothing Have talked with several local Facebook groups, etc and this seems like a very common experience with this company Be aware and wouldn’t do any business with this company STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY (their property management side), I feel like they are a bunch of scammers and even when they say they are in the people business, they don’t like to talk with you…they only communicate through certified mail…almost hard to believe, but true Owner was nice but his staff are very rude and unkind and will throw the law book at you, so you better know your stuff when signing up with them! Don’t expect your deposit back within 30 days, you will just get a certified letter with all your deductions, that you have to send another certified letter back if you have a disagreement…the process will wear you out so the company/landlord will just be able to keep your money until you give up I went to their office to resolve, and they kicked me out…crazy I believe, but their business, and just handed me papers of the law
