I was raised in Northern California. After meeting and marrying my husband, we relocated together to Jacksonville, Florida for my husband's career and to raise our family. I raised our two beautiful girls until they were independent enough for me to go back to work. Given my background and education in business administration, I knew I wanted to pursue a career that allowed me to own my own business, but it was my love of people that led me to Real Estate. My focus is always on my clients' transitions, whether they're buying or selling. The transaction is important, but it's just as important to me that my clients feel comfortable and confident in what can be an incredibly confusing industry. Whether I'm cleaning a listed home to ensure it shows properly while the owners are out of state or showing 25 homes over a weekend to buyers who are on a very tight timeline, my heart-first mentality means I will help you take care of the details and serve you with only your goals in mind. Sometimes that means my job doesn't end at the closing table, and that's just fine with me. When I'm not helping my clients in Real Estate, you can find me in one of our community theatres (onstage or off!), reading a book by the pool, or traveling with my husband and our daughters. - Shawn MasonUPDATE FROM MY ORIGINAL COMMENT BELOW Still no letter and still no deposit back, been almost 3 months since we moved out and they are certainly just waiting this out until I give up it seems…was able to email Cindy and she said they would look into it, this was a few weeks ago…nothing Have talked with several local Facebook groups, etc and this seems like a very common experience with this company Be aware and wouldn’t do any business with this company STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY (their property management side), I feel like they are a bunch of scammers and even when they say they are in the people business, they don’t like to talk with you…they only communicate through certified mail…almost hard to believe, but true Owner was nice but his staff are very rude and unkind and will throw the law book at you, so you better know your stuff when signing up with them! Don’t expect your deposit back within 30 days, you will just get a certified letter with all your deductions, that you have to send another certified letter back if you have a disagreement…the process will wear you out so the company/landlord will just be able to keep your money until you give up I went to their office to resolve, and they kicked me out…crazy I believe, but their business, and just handed me papers of the law
