From a military family, Mark has had the pleasure of living all over this great country. But when it came to settling down, Mark knew that with its beaches, easy access to incredible tourist destinations, and all the fishing his heart desires, Jacksonville was the place he wanted to call home. Mark first managed a chain of grocery stores in Jacksonville. He fell in love with the community-based service he could provide not just to his day-to-day customers, but to his city in times of natural disaster. As the corporate structure became saturated with new policies, he felt he could no longer serve his customers. Mark researched the local market and found that real estate would give him the ability to serve people one-on-one in keeping with his own personal standards. Now, he genuinely enjoys surprising his clients with his true, southern gentleman demeanor, and dedication. He prides himself on being a call, text, or email away. He embodies “People before Property” in every sense. Mark lives with his awesome wife, 2 beautiful daughters, and dog Brucie. If he’s not with them, he is on the water as often as possible.
