Welcome to my website! I am interested in learning about your real estate goals and how I can help you achieve them. Many people like to work with someone who can listen and understand so I offer the following information about me for your consideration: My professional background includes 7 years in retail management, 2 years as Marketing Manager for the model home division of an interior design company, 2 years as a Mortgage Loan processor and 5 years owning and operating a small photography business. I’ve learned how to deal with people from all walks of life, understanding their needs, hopes and expectations, and providing individual attention and client-pleasing results. I also know about decorating and staging a listed property for maximum eye appeal and many of the ins and outs of the mortgage process. I’m considered detail oriented, very organized and extremely good at time management. I email and absolutely text, but still send handwritten thank you notes, greeting cards and prefer to speak to someone live… in-person or on the phone. I also have a great company and management team ready to help you (and me) with any kind of real estate issue.  On a personal note, I was born and raised in Maryland with 5 sisters and 1 brother, attended Catholic elementary and high school, danced competitively until I was 14, and ran track in middle and high school. And, yes, I’m that storybook girl who married my high school sweetheart. We have two wonderful children – a girl and a boy – and I was lucky enough to be able to take a 10-year career break for their early years. My family is the root of all my success and inspiration.  In 2004, we moved to Florida with my husband’s company, so I know the challenges of relocating. We found our ideal home in northern St Johns County, where we’ve become very involved in Church, school and community. Our children participate in both school and St Johns County sports.  I love cheering them on in everything… soccer, basketball, track and field, you name it. I’m also an NFL fan – Go Redskins! (Sorry Jaguars, but I am keeping my eye on you.) – and enjoy sports in general. I look forward to hearing from you and learning how I can help you and your family achieve your real estate dreams!

    UPDATE FROM MY ORIGINAL COMMENT BELOW Still no letter and still no deposit back, been almost 3 months since we moved out and they are certainly just waiting this out until I give up it seems…was able to email Cindy and she said they would look into it, this was a few weeks ago…nothing Have talked with several local Facebook groups, etc and this seems like a very common experience with this company Be aware and wouldn’t do any business with this company STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY (their property management side), I feel like they are a bunch of scammers and even when they say they are in the people business, they don’t like to talk with you…they only communicate through certified mail…almost hard to believe, but true Owner was nice but his staff are very rude and unkind and will throw the law book at you, so you better know your stuff when signing up with them! Don’t expect your deposit back within 30 days, you will just get a certified letter with all your deductions, that you have to send another certified letter back if you have a disagreement…the process will wear you out so the company/landlord will just be able to keep your money until you give up I went to their office to resolve, and they kicked me out…crazy I believe, but their business, and just handed me papers of the law
