“The biggest feature of this home is the atrium,” says listing agent Lukasz Kukwa, of eXp Realty. “Over time, the atrium was a place where the owners would host events. “The original home was built in 1964 and redesigned in 2000,” Kukwa said. “The renovation and restoration was done by Princeton‘s design firm Anton Nelessen and Associates. The two-year process gutted the main home and added a 1,500-square-foot addition.”

The airy living room has a dark gray fireplace, which serves as the focal point of the room, and the all-white kitchen features a skylight, stone countertops, and custom cabinetry.

The home sits on 2.3 acres, and the grounds are currently being offered for production shoots, according to Kukwa. There is even an outdoor amphitheater and grassy areas designed for entertaining.

The home has a separate wing with a second kitchen and an office.

“The property also features stone and metal sculptures on the grounds designed by Jonathan Shor,” Kukwa says.

“I think the next owner will be a copy of some of the past owners,” he continues. “They will be creative and entrepreneurial and appreciate style while enjoying the indoor and outdoor feel of the home. It would be ideal for an artist or someone in the art world. It is also just a few minutes from Princeton University and the prestigious town of Princeton.”
