‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ Alum Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kroy Biermann List $6M Georgia Mansion

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kroy Biermann have decided to list their  Milton, GA, mansion amidst their impending divorce, according to TMZ. It’s available for $6 million.

The seven-bedroom estate was reportedly in foreclosure earlier this spring and headed for public auction. After 12 years of marriage, Biermann filed for divorce from Zolciak-Biermann in May, but they reconciled in July, according to People. Biermann, a former pro football player, filed for divorce a second time in August.

The couple purchased the 15,694-square-foot home in 2012 for $880,000, and are looking to make a hefty profit if they get anywhere near their asking price.

The couple, who married in 2011, raised Zolciak-Biermann’s two daughters, Arianna and Brielle, in the home. Their four other children—Kroy “KJ” Jagger Jr., Kash Kade, and twins Kane Ren and Kaia Rose—were born while the family lived here.

Gated estate

The brick and stone home is located on the 18th hole of the Manor Golf & Country Club.

The two-story foyer features a curved staircase, and a wood-paneled office boasts a coffered ceiling, designer chandelier, built-in bookcases, and an ornate fireplace.

The chef’s kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, custom cabinetry, a double oven, and a light-filled dining area.

The family room has a cathedral ceiling, wooden trusses, and a two-story fireplace.

The first-floor primary suite comes with a separate sitting area, a double-tray ceiling, a two-story walk-in closet with custom built-ins, and a fireplace.

Upstairs, there are four en suite bedrooms, a bonus room, a playroom, and a sitting room. On the terrace level are a second kitchen with a bar, a 500-bottle wine cellar, a billiard room, a game room, a home theater, and a fitness center with a massage room.

There’s a guest suite with a full kitchen and a sitting room. The space above the garage could be used as a home office or additional guest quarters.

The backyard is private and includes a heated pool and spa, an in-ground trampoline, and a sport court. There’s also a six-car garage.

Zolciak-Biermann was one of the original cast members of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”
