$5.5 Million Duplex Inside Manhattan’s Four Seasons Residences Finds a Buyer

A $5.5 million luxury unit inside the iconic Four Seasons in New York City has found a buyer. The property in The Four Seasons Residences not only exudes luxury, it's one of the few available duplexes.

"A duplex at The Four Seasons Private Residences is an extremely rare offering. There are only five D-line duplexes in the entire building and this is the highest one," Brett Walsdorf, a real estate broker with Trove who represented the listing, tells Realtor.com®.

The residence at 30 Park Place is described as "perfection that exists in a prewar, uptown layout, while offering all of the modern conveniences of a new building, with full Four Seasons hotel service to boot."

The two-story home has 2,265 square feet of space with three bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The double height ceilings in the living room add an open feel to the stunning views of Manhattan. In addition, all windows face south or east, for all-day light and breathtaking views.

The $5.5 million Four Seasons duplex is one of 26 contracts signed in Manhattan for the week ending March 15, according to the Olshan Luxury Market Report.

That is 17 fewer than the prior week, but total weekly asking price sales volume still reached more than $191 million.

The No. 1 contract signed was a penthouse property at 200 East 79th St. with an asking price of $18 million. It was listed in October 2025 and features nearly 5,000 square feet of living space.

The No. 2 contract is at 211 West 84th St. with an asking price of $17 million. This price is more than the $16.75 million price tag when the sponsor first started marketing the condos off of floor plans in August 2024.
