“The Real Housewives of Miami” star Stephanie Shojaee has claimed that the villa she rented for her summer vacation in France was robbed.

Shojaee, 41, claimed in a post on her Instagram account that the South of France villa she had been renting was broken into.

In the first Instagram story Shojaee posted, the reality TV star can be seen walking up the steps to her private jet with a caption that states, “Cannes and St Tropez are great.. Until it’s your turn to get ROBBED  😭😫.”

Following the video was what appeared to be home security camera footage of two masked men dressed in all black standing outside the villa.

“Come to south of France, they said,” Shojaee wrote. “Rent a villa, they said.. It’s a great idea, they said..”

According to Us Weekly, Shojaee claimed in later posts that masked men “came into my room and went shopping in my closet.”

“Oh look! There goes my stuff! And they even took half [of] my [real estate company Shoma Group] merch. WTF!” she reportedly wrote in later posts.

“I woke up to this every day but scared … Worth it? Not really,” Shojaee further declared.

On Aug. 2, Shojaee continued to share the details of the robbery, showing off the villa’s safe, which appeared to be inside a closet.

“This crappy little safe? Useless! They open it with the same override cables they use at hotels when you forget your code!! Especially if someone tells them what safe it is … from the inside,” Shojaee claimed.

The reality star brought along her dog Pebbles for the vacation, but thankfully the small companion wasn't harmed.

“She barks at the wind but not at people taking all my stuff,” Shojaee teased on Instagram.

So far, Shojaee has not released any further details about the alleged robbery. However, she has shared pictures of her on vacation with her husband, Masoud Shojaee, throughout the summer.

On July 24, Shojaee posted pictures of her and her partner lounging next to a pool with cocktails, Shoma towels, and a Shoma-branded padel racket.

“Whats a better caption? Shoma la vie or Shoma Summer…..Or how about Mr. Shoma is hot! ❤️,” Shojaee wrote.

More recently, Shojaee shared a clip of the couple holding hands while exploring Monte Carlo in Monaco.

“Mr. & Mrs. Shoma in Monaco ❤️@shomagroup,” Shojaee captioned.

Shojaee is president of the residential and commercial developer company Shoma Group, and her husband is the CEO.

Shojaee joined the cast of “The Real Housewives of Miami” in Season 7. However, Bravo put the series on pause in March due to low ratings. This marks the second time that the show was put on pause by the network, with the first time occurring from 2013 to 2021.

Andy Cohen, executive producer and reunion host of the show, spoke out about the shelving on SiriusXM’s “Andy Cohen Live” in March.

“I did want to say 'Housewives of Miami,' there’s so much [news],” Cohen said. “I get the credit, and I get the blame. And I will say, this was not my decision. And by the way, look, I’m an EP [executive producer] on all these shows. If it was up to me, they would be rolling all the time.”

However, Cohen hoped that the series will eventually return if the fanbase insists on it.

“Frankly, I’m happy that people are so passionate about it, and I hope they tell their friends to watch. This is a ratings game after all,” Cohen said.

“The Real Housewives of Miami” completed its seventh season in October 2025 with a three-part reunion.
