You might know actress Andie MacDowell for her gorgeous cascading curls and big-screen roles in “Sex, Lies, and Videotape,” “Four Weddings and a Funeral,” and “Groundhog Day.”

Now the actress is selling her sweet, 1920s storybook-style house in Los Angeles. The $3,999,000 listing is in contingent status.

This adorable five-bedroom, four-bath abode measures roughly 3,500 square feet and dates back to 1928.

The L’Oreal model listed the property last month. If she lets the home go for full price, she’ll be selling at a loss. MacDowell picked up the place in 2021 for $4,136,720, according to Realtor.com®.

Right out of a fairy tale

Hansel and Gretel would be right at home in this antique dwelling, which features many original architectural details such as rounded entryways and a picturesque Palladian window and fireplace in the living area.

The pretty views continue upstairs in the bright family room that overlooks Silver Lake Reservoir, so named for this area of L.A.

The kitchen is equally impressive, complete with marble counters, a La Cornue range, other appliances by Miele, and a custom island.
