Justin Timberlake is hoping to sell some property—and not for a song, either!

The famed singer-songwriter and former member of boy band ‘N Sync has listed 127 acres in Franklin, TN, for a remarkable $10 million.

But what makes this price tag even more striking is the fact that Timberlake purchased the property, about 22 miles south of Nashville, for just $4 million in 2015. So yes, he’s poised to profit quite nicely.

Dotted with wooded trails, stone walls, and wide-open pastures, this special spot is in the village of Leipers Fork.

The Dobyns Branch Creek burbles through the property, which has two entrances—one with a covered bridge and a second more suitable for larger vehicles.

Three distinct mountaintops offer views of the property and valley from on high. And privacy is all but guaranteed, as just a few large, neighboring parcels abut this one. Potential development on the land is limited in scope, on account of a conservation agreement enacted by a state land trust.

But outdoor recreation is likely the name of the game for anyone looking to purchase these fields and trails. Endless hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, fishing, and hunting await the property’s new owner.

Timberlake isn’t the only big-name property owner in this neck of the Tennessee woods—Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, Trisha Yearwood, and Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are among the area’s celebrity residents.

Timberlake, a Memphis, TN, native, has enjoyed a successful solo career following his NSYNC years. The 42 year old has performed in three Super Bowl halftime shows and garnered numerous awards, including 10 Grammys (out of 39 nominations). And he’s an accomplished actor, having appeared in such flicks as “Bad Teacher,” “The Social Network,” and “Inside Llewyn Davis.”
