EXCLUSIVE: ‘Owning Manhattan’ Stars Ryan Serhant and Jordan March’s Feud Escalates Toward Potential 9-Figure Lawsuit After On-Screen Fallout

"Owning Manhattan" stars Jordan March and Ryan Serhant are attempting to "work" through their very real off-screen drama as their once-unbreakable partnership teeters on the edge of a potential "nine-figure lawsuit".

March, a 16-year real-estate veteran, has been Serhant's right hand man since he opened his eponymous brokerage in 2020, helping him transform it into the camera-ready powerhouse it is today.

But, in the second season of "Owning Manhattan," which hit Netflix on Dec. 5, viewers watched as tensions boiled over between the longtime pals when March confronted Serhant about being repeatedly overlooked for major new developments.

While speaking exclusively to Realtor.com®, March opened up about the heated spat viewers saw during the second season of the hit show, and he confessed that he would consider walking away from Serhant for the perfect offer.

Now, sources close to the agents tell Realtor.com that what began as on-camera conflict has escalated into serious behind-the-scenes negotiations, putting one of Manhattan real estate’s most high-profile duos at risk of a split.

The insider revealed that "passions are high," adding that they are still trying to work things out.

The source conceded that the duo are "still close" despite the tension, which is "still developing".

The confirmation comes after fellow Serhant agent Jade Shenker told TMZ that Netflix is not currently filming them, however, Serhant and March's tensions are higher than ever after the outlet captured a video of the pair arguing.

Shenker noted that although this isn't the first time Serhant and March have argued, it is the beginning of lawsuit discussions.

She added that when seeing them argue, she just thought, "please don't throw a punch or don't do anything stupid."

When the second series of the Netflix drama premiered, March told Realtor.com, "Ultimately, there's no perfect relationship between a boss and his workers. For me, working with Ryan is a way for me to still leverage my career, but I put a lot into this. I'm not ready to walk away from what I'm seeing and, ultimately, what I can leverage in Ryan."

"I'm not gonna let necessarily people push me out. I'm gonna go on my own terms, I'm gonna go on my own timing, and I think it's important that I control my narrative."

Although he is "planted" at Serhant "right now," March admitted that he would consider walking away from the powerhouse brokerage.

"That's not to say that all offers are off the table either," he noted, adding that he would consider leaving Serhant for the "perfect offer."

At the end of the season, viewers see March walk away from the tense showdown between him and Serhant, noting that although they are "friendly" now and will always be "brothers," they will need to have a conversation about the events that unfolded in the near future.

"Owning Manhattan" Season 2 is now available to stream on Netflix.
