Former "Full House" star Lori Loughlin and her estranged husband, Mossimo Giannulli, have sold a second home in as many months—offloading their picturesque estate in La Quinta, CA, for a tidy profit, exactly two months after announcing they have split.

The former couple, who wed in 1997 and share two daughters together, have quietly offloaded a sprawling property inside a celebrity-loved Palm Desert enclave for $16.5 million, Realtor.com® can reveal, just four years after they snapped it up in an off market-deal for $13 million.

It marks the second property sale for the couple since they revealed that they were "living apart and taking a break from their marriage," having previously offloaded their primary residence in Hidden Hills, CA, for $12.6 million.

However, the latest sale marks a much more successful trade for the duo—who appear to have sold their La Quinta home off market, with records indicating that it was not listed on the MLS.

While Loughlin and Giannulli spent more than a year trying to sell their Los Angeles dwelling, having initially put it on the market in April 2024 for the much higher price of $17.5 million, their La Quinta property raked in an impressive $3.5 million profit for the pair.

While the dwelling was never officially listed, records indicate that it boasts an impressive spread inside a gated community known as the Madison Club, which is located about three hours away from Los Angeles and boasts stunning views of the Santa Rosa Mountains.

Over the years, a host of A-listers have purchased homes inside the community, including Kourtney Kardashian, her mother, Kris Jenner, supermodel Cindy Crawford, and music mogul Scooter Braun.

Loughlin and Giannulli's former dwelling boasts five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and offers more than 9,300 square feet of living space on a 0.89-acre lot that overlooks the Madison Club's private golf course.

Among the more luxurious amenities found in the home are a wine cellar, a movie theater, a wet bar, and an outdoor entertainment space and screening area, complete with its own projector that guests can use to enjoy film nights under the stars.

There are also two pools, two spas, and a detached guest house, allowing for plenty of opportunity to host and entertain guests.

The dwelling was originally built in 2019, although it is unclear whether the A-list duo made any updates to it during their four-year ownership, which was managed via an LLC that lists GIannulli as the principal manager, according to records seen by Realtor.com.

It is currently unclear whether the former couple having since purchased new abodes, however their spokesperson made clear in an October statement addressing their split that they were living apart at the time—although neither has moved to file for divorce.

"They are living apart and taking a break from their marriage. There are no legal proceedings at this time," Loughlin's rep, Elizabeth Much, told People when their split was announced.

However, the sale of their La Quinta dwelling marks the second sale of a shared home since that announcement was made—suggesting that the estranged husband and wife are getting their affairs in order.

Loughlin and Giannulli purchased the property in the summer of 2021, shortly after they both secured their release, having been incarcerated for their roles in the infamous college admissions scandal.

The couple were among several very high-profile parents to have been indicted in the so-called Varsity Blues case, in which more than 50 people were charged with taking part in a scheme that "facilitated cheating on college entrance exams and the admission of students to elite universities as purported athletic recruits."

During her trial, Loughlin admitted she paid the scheme's "mastermind" $500,000 through what was described as a "side door" to gain admission to the University of Southern California for her two daughters, Olivia Jade Giannulli and Isabella Rose Giannulli.

Fixer William “Rick” Singer then arranged to have the two girls recruited onto the prestigious school's rowing team—even though they had never taken part in the sport.

Loughlin pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge and served two months in prison. She was ordered to pay a $150,000 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.

Giannulli served a five-month sentence after pleading guilty to a conspiracy charge and had to pay a $150,000 fine and serve 250 hours of community service.

The actress was released from jail in December 2020, while her former spouse secured his freedom in April 2021, shortly before they bought their La Quinta abode in the same year that Loughlin landed her first on-screen role after the scandal—a part in the "When Calls the Heart" spinoff, "When Hope Calls."

She is now starring as a police officer in the Amazon Prime show "On Call," which marks her first role as a law enforcement agent.

She previously told Entertainment Tonight that the role gave her a "whole new appreciation for law enforcement."

Loughlin did find humor in her situation, even poking fun at herself on a guest spot on the final season of the HBO show "Curb Your Enthusiasm," in which she appeared as a fictional version of herself and made thinly veiled references to her role in the college admissions scandal.

In 2024, she opened up about "forgiveness," noting in an interview with First for Women that her family has always been able to let go of others' mistakes.

"My family wasn’t one to hold grudges," she said. "I didn’t grow up in a household where if you made a mistake, you weren’t forgiven. No one is perfect, we all make mistakes. So I was always told to let stuff go. And I think for your own health, you have to let things go because you can’t hang on to negativity. Life’s too short."

Also charged in the scam, among others, was "Desperate Housewives" actress Felicity Huffman, who served 11 days of a two-week sentence.
