EXCLUSIVE: Nancy Barbato Sinatra’s Iconic Beverly Hills Time Capsule Hits the Rental Market for $27.5K a Month
Nancy Barbato Sinatra’s former Beverly Hills residence is stepping back into the spotlight—this time as a luxury $27,495-a-month rental that is packed with Old Hollywood pedigree
The so-called “Sinatra Residence,” where Frank Sinatra's childhood sweetheart lived for many years, has officially hit the rental market for the first time in more than 35 years, offering prospective tenants the chance to live inside a glamorous piece of music history.
Located across from Coldwater Canyon Park in one of Beverly Hills’ most sought-after enclaves, the newly renovated gated estate looks, from the outside, almost identical to when Sinatra lived there—however, the interior has undergone an elegant renovation.
According to the listing, which is held by Daniel Mizrahi of Capstone Real Estate, the sprawling residence sits on "over one acre of meticulously manicured land,” while offering “unparalleled privacy and tranquility."
The fully furnished abode spans roughly 4,800 square feet and features five bedrooms, including a maid’s room and seven bathrooms, alongside several entertainment and relaxation spaces designed for luxury living.

“Step inside and be greeted by the timeless elegance of hardwood floors,” the listing reads, noting that the interiors are complemented by “exquisite stone tile flooring in the bathrooms and kitchen and luxurious carpeting in the bedrooms.”
The property has been customized to create a truly luxurious, yet cozy, abode, with carefully selected furniture items that will be leased with the home.
“The Sinatra house comes fully furnished, with meticulously designed furniture and artwork throughout, allowing for effortless move-in and immediate enjoyment,” the listing states.
The listing states, "The interior of the residence features a total of five bedrooms including a maid's room, seven bathrooms, and an abundance of relaxation and entertainment space.
"Step inside and be greeted by the timeless elegance of hardwood floors, complemented by exquisite stone tile flooring in the bathrooms and kitchen and luxurious carpeting in the bedrooms."
And if guests are blown away by the "timeless elegance," the luxe amenities, including a "sun-drenched veranda" and grand piano, are sure to turn their head.
Vaulted ceilings in the living room create a spacious feel, with French doors that open up to the backyard helping to flood the space with light.
"The interior spaces are a testament to refined living, highlighted by an awe-inspiring living room boasting a high-volume vaulted ceiling and bathed in natural light from multiple skylights and cove LED lighting, and grand piano, with access to a sun-drenched veranda spanning across south facing side of the house," the description continues.
Throughout the property, there are ample spaces for entertaining, the listing notes.

"The formal dining room sets the stage for unforgettable gatherings, situated next to a large three-seat wet bar and the wine room, providing the perfect setting for entertaining guests," it states.
Outside, the luxury continues in the form of lush, beautifully-landscaped grounds that are tucked behind private gates—helping to give the property the feel of a secluded oasis. As well as a large pool—which has only recently been installed—there are also several areas designed for relaxing and entertaining.
"The exterior is equally captivating, with a large wraparound backyard, A newly installed raised infinity pool, and a large patio ideal for entertaining with a built-in BBQ and prep station," the listing adds.
"The property also offers a spacious three-car garage and ample driveway space. As you revel in the beauty of this extraordinary estate, you will be treated to breathtaking treetop and city views, further enhancing the sense of tranquility and luxury that this home provides."
Property records show that the ranch-style dwelling last changed hands in 2020 for $6.25 million, having been owned by Nancy up until her death in 2018.
The Sinatra family matriarch—who wed the famous singer in 1939—remained incredibly close with her former spouse, even after their 1951 divorce, and was hailed as his greatest "confidante," even as he went on to marry three other women: Ava Garder, Mia Farrow, and Barbara Marx.
Nancy, who had three children with Sinatra, Nancy Jr., Frank Jr., and Tina, spent years living in the property, turning it into a haven for her family and friends.
Its listing marks yet another real estate moment for the Sinatra family, whose homes have repeatedly captured attention thanks to their preserved midcentury style and celebrity provenance.
In 2023, a Beverly Hills home owned by Nancy's daughter sold for $3 million after drawing widespread interest from buyers.
The “veritable midcentury modern time capsule”retained many of Sinatra’s original design touches, including “walls of gold-crackle mirrors,” “parquet wood floors,” and a “padded, geometric martini bar illuminated by Mediterranean lighting.”
