Model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and actor Jason Statham have sold their picture-perfect Beverly Hills residence for $19.9 million—10 years after they purchased the “extraordinary” abode from fashion designer Jenni Kayne.

Rosie, 37, and Jason, 57, who have been in a relationship since 2010 and share two children, managed to quickly sell their five-bedroom property, having secured a buyer less than one month after they put the pad on the market for $19.95 million.

And in a unique twist, the home was actually listed by one of its former owners, Richard Erlich, a luxury real estate broker who is wed to high-end fashion professional Kayne.

The pair sold the home to Rosie and Jason back in 2015 for $12.99 million, and it’s thought that the model and “The Transporter” star have used it as their primary Los Angeles residence ever since.

It’s unclear what has prompted them to walk away from the abode after all that time; however, they do also own property in London, where Rosie and Jason are both from.

The carefully curated abode is filled with high-end design touches and regularly features on Rosie’s Instagram account.

Images of the elegant and perfectly curated home reveal an artistic oasis that has been filled with high-end touches, including an Hermes blanket, midcentury modern furniture, intriguing artwork, and plenty of flowers and plants.

Described in its listing simply as an “extraordinary contemporary residence” that is an “ode to privacy and architectural brilliance,” the home is nestled on a 0.38-acre plot and seamlessly with its verdant surroundings, courtesy of the enormous windows that help bring the outside into the main living areas.

Muted tones of beige and off-white give the decor a very elevated edge.

One image from the listing also reveals an adorable playroom that was likely used by Rosie and Jason’s children, son Jack, 7, and daughter Isabella, 2.

The room is filled with wooden toys, as well as several animal busts that fill the walls, while a white teepee is tucked into the corner of the space.

A wooden refrigerator and oven set fill one side of the room.

Outside, there are lemon trees filling the backyard, while an outdoor dining area with a rustic wooden table provides the perfect place to enjoy a meal while embracing the home’s lush landscaping.

An elegant swimming pool and outdoor seating area with a large fireplace complete the exterior offerings.

And, as one might expect from a home with such a high-fashion heritage, it also boasts a very stylish credential, having been featured by Vogue in a video interview with Rosie back in 2018.

There is a stunning dressing room in the master suite, which Rosie uses as a selfie spot.

The model turned designer also regularly showcases the home on her social media accounts, using the carefully curated living spaces as backdrops for impromptu fashion shoots.

Although it’s not known what prompted Rosie and Jason to sell the extravagant dwelling, they do own another property that is located just a 10-minute drive away—a midcentury modern abode that the “Wrath of Man” actor purchased for $2.7 million in 2015.

Jason has made several attempts to sell that four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home over the years, last listing it for $6.2 million back in November 2020.

He then pivoted and put the property on the rental market, asking $25,000 a month, in December 2020, before that listing was taken down two months later.

It’s unclear whether the home was ever occupied by a tenant, however Rosie has shared multiple images of her family using the abode in the years since, suggesting that they have resided there on more than one occasion while staying in L.A.

Before purchasing that abode, Jason had also bought himself another midcentury modern “masterpiece,” in the form of a waterfront Malibu beach house that he picked up for $10.95 million in 2009—one year before he and Rosie began their relationship.

However, the duo opted to part ways with that home in 2019, putting it on the market for $19.95 million, however it ultimately sold for the slightly discounted price of $18.5 million in January 2020.

In a March 2020 interview with Architectural Digest, Jason opened up about his love of midcentury modern architecture, joking to the outlet: “Put me in a glass box and I’ll be very happy. There’s just something really appealing about the symmetry and openness of things.”
