EXCLUSIVE: Supermodel Karolina Kurkova Makes Second Attempt To Sell Lavish $7 Million Condo on Miami’s ‘Millionaire Playground’

Supermodel Karolina Kurkova is offering one very deep-pocketed homebuyer a second chance to live the high life on Miami Beach‘s “millionaire playground” after relisting her Fisher Island condo for just a hair under $7 million.

The four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home was purchased by Kurkova, 40, and her husband, Archie Drury, at the end of 2018 for $1.3 million—almost six times less than the $6.9 million price tag now attached to it.

However, in the years since the fashion superstar and her spouse have owned the property, they have made several very luxurious upgrades to the aesthetics, with the listing spotlighting the abode’s many modern amenities as well as its staggering views and ideal location in one of Florida‘s most exclusive neighborhoods.

And it’s not just the layout that lends itself as a backdrop for the ultimate party—the top-of-the-line chef’s kitchen can also serve as a home base for any budding hosts.

The listing marks the second time Kurkova has tried to sell the property, having first listed it for rent at a sky-high $35,000 a month back in January 2024, before putting it on the market for $5.9 million in May.

That asking price was quickly increased to $7.1 million just five days later, however, before being lowered by $200,000 four days after that.

Then, in November, it was taken off the market and relisted just a few days before Christmas.

Kurkova, who was born in Děčín, Czechia, and began her modeling career when she was just 15 years old, having been scouted by a Prague-based agency, which secured her first-ever runway job.

Two years later, she relocated to the U.S., basing herself in New York City, where she shot to fashion fame, having made history when she was hired as a Victoria’s Secret catwalk model at the tender age of 16.

Over the years, she modeled for a slew of high-profile brands, including Christian Dior, Versace, Bottega Veneta, Yves Saint Laurent, and Chanel—to name a few.

She and Drury share three children together: sons Tobin, 15, and Noah, 9, and daughter Luna, 3.

Kurkova, who is based full-time in Miami, previously owned a stunning loft in New York City’s Tribeca neighborhood; however, she listed that property for sale back in 2021, with an asking price of $4.7 million.

She sold it one year later for just under $4.3 million.
