Serial home flippers Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are at it again. This time, the famous pair are offering a historic Tuscan-style estate in the heart of Montecito, CA, for $46.5 million.

DeGeneres, a comedian and longtime talk-show host, and de Rossi, an actress, purchased the property for $22.5 million in June and transformed it into an exquisite home modeled after a Pompeiian villa.

“What makes Ellen so unique is that she focuses on restoring historic and special properties rather than just tearing down and building new,” says listing agent Robert Riskin, of Riskin Partners Estate Group.
