Everybody Loves a Luxe Rental: Ray Romano Looks To Lease Out His Malibu Beach Pad for $175K a Month

Comedian Ray Romano is hoping someone will love his beautiful beachfront rental.

The star and producer of TV’s “Everybody Loves Raymond” is looking to lease out his sleek, fully furnished Malibu, CA, property for a mere $175,000 a month.

Romano put his modern Venice, CA, farmhouse on the market last year for $2.5 million. It sold a few months later for $2.3 million.

Broad Beach beauty

The five-bedroom, Broad Beach abode was built in 1949 and has a detached, two-bedroom guesthouse. There are eight bathrooms split between the two structures.

If you want to rub elbows with Hollywood stars, this is the place to be—Pierce Brosnan and Dustin Hoffman are among the celebs with homes here.

And it’s easy to understand why. Besides being a gorgeous neighborhood, it’s just minutes by car to popular attractions such as the Trancas shopping center.

Year-round summer living

The classically designed beach house has more than 5,000 square feet and an impressive outdoor area.

A double-height foyer with an open staircase and oversized windows makes a dreamy first impression.

Visitors can retire in the evening to the separate two-bedroom guesthouse.

Romano, 65, is an award-winning actor, stand-up comedian, and screenwriter. One of his recent projects is the film “Somewhere in Queens.”
