Fox News Anchor Bret Baier Looking To Sell the $16.5M Palm Beach Home He Bought a Year Ago

Fox News anchor Bret Baier wants to cash out with the sale of his luxe home in Palm Beach, FL.

Listed for $16,495,000, the mansion was previously owned by Tommy Hilfiger. Baier purchased the property from the famed fashion designer in March 2022 for $12 million, which means the he’ll net a healthy return on his investment if he manages to score his asking price.

While the three-bedroom, 4,160-square-foot home doesn’t sit directly on the waterfront, it’s still a stylish abode set on a bit more than a quarter-acre.

Built just two years ago, the brand-new home is filled with light, bright details that mesh perfectly with its South Florida locale.

Inside, there are beautifully proportioned rooms with hardwood and marble flooring, custom millwork, and a simple, neutral color scheme. The formal living room has a fireplace, and the great room includes a TV area, space for a dining table, and access to the kitchen’s island seating.

The second level sports a spacious primary bedroom suite, a rooftop patio that overlooks the yard, and a bonus room in the loft that could be a play space or home office.

Outside on the lush grounds, you’ll spy a built-in grill, covered loggia, and pool. The home also features impact glass to protect against hurricanes and tropical storms.

It sits right outside the gates of the Palm Beach Country Club and about five miles north of former President Donald Trump‘s Mar-a-Lago.

In June 2020, Baier put his impressive mansion in Washington, DC, on the market for $7.9 million. The stately, five-bedroom home sold a year later for $6.5 million.

Baier is the anchor and executive editor of his eponymous news program and is also the author of several New York Times bestselling books. Before his current position, Baier was Fox’s chief White House correspondent. He also previously covered the military, national intelligence, and defense concerns from the Pentagon.
