Fox Sports talker Colin Cowherd has something else to blab about these days. Namely, the $10 million sale of his luxurious Los Angeles home.

Cowherd put the residence on the market in February for $11.5 million and trimmed the price to $10.9 million in April. While he didn’t walk away with his asking price, the sale is still a big win. He bought the place for $6.9 million in February 2021.

The 6,700-square-foot, five-bedroom, 5.5-bath mansion sits close to Brentwood Village, a coveted L.A.-area location.

The grand home sits on a bit more than a quarter-acre, with a large front lawn that’s set back from the street, cordoned off by white fencing and a gate. Lovely landscaping; an upgraded, stone facade; and new windows and doors all exude that freshly renovated look.

Inside, you’ll find coffered ceilings, attractive ironwork, and hardwood floors. The living room is a step down from the entry and has a paneled bar.

Nearby, there’s an enormous dining room with a stunning chandelier, and the luxe kitchen boasts a granite center island. There’s also a big breakfast nook and easy access to the family room, which overlooks the pool and backyard.

A second living room, home office, and guest suite are situated on the first floor, along with a refrigerated wine room and a separate massage space. There’s even a secret bedroom just for canine family members—the room even has its own faux fireplace.

Upstairs, the grandeur continues in the main bedroom, which has two huge walk-in closets and an alcove for reading or watching TV. A media or game room is on the top floor, all ready for poker and movie nights.

And since this is Southern California, there’s obviously a pool and outdoor living space in the backyard.

Cowherd has been a prolific performer in the world of high-end real estate. He’s bought and sold numerous homes in Manhattan Beach, CA, as well as luxury home sales in Utah and Florida.

He worked for a number of years at ESPN, before moving to Fox Sports in 2015, and now hosts a three-hour program called “The Herd with Colin Cowherd.” He also produces podcasts, including “Best of the Herd” and “Full Show.”
