The Bay Area is about to become the center of the sporting universe, at least for one day, when it becomes host to the Super Bowl LX, a hugely anticipated event that marks the pinnacle of the NFL season.

Fans from across the country—and beyond—will descend upon the picturesque city of Santa Clara ahead of the championship game between the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots on Feb. 8, with around 80,000 people expected to be in attendance at Levi's Stadium.

It is by no means a first for the Bay Area, which has long been a hot spot for tourists, both domestic and international, many of whom are drawn to the locale for its beautiful scenery, pioneering technology centers, and sensational architecture.

For those interested in the latter, San Francisco often proves to be the biggest draw. From the Golden Gate Bridge to the iconic Painted Ladies, the city is a veritable oasis of design.

But there is another very alluring aspect of San Francisco's property offerings: the many famous dwellings and buildings that have featured in major movies and TV shows, turning them into celebrities in their own right.

Here, Realtor.com sheds a light on these A-list abodes—from the legendary "Mrs. Doubtfire" house to the beloved "Full House" house.
