Gisele Bundchen Reportedly Snags an Equestrian Estate in South Florida for $9.1M

Gisele Bündchen has reportedly splashed out $9.1 million for yet another South Florida mansion.

Bündchen is a supermodel with 21 million Instagram followers, the mother of two children (with ex-husband and retired quarterback Tom Brady), and a new cookbook author. Now, she can add real estate investor to her list of accomplishments.

Her latest investment in Southwest Ranches, FL, was purchased by an entity named Flamboyant Tree LLC, which has ties to Bündchen, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The nine-bedroom brick home in the equestrian town was listed for $10.5 million about a month ago. It is currently in contingent status on Realtor.com®.

Bündchen has been on a buying spree. Last year, she shelled out $11.5 million for a five-bedroom home across the water from Brady’s Indian Creek Island megamansion.

Equestrian estate

The 7.5-acre property in Southwest Ranches is located about 30 miles northwest of Miami. It features a state-of-the-art equestrian rink, 10 horse stalls, a tennis court, and a soccer pitch, according to the listing.

The 5,183-square-foot main home was originally built in 1976 and has been extensively renovated.

The main floor features a spacious living room with a gas fireplace and a floating glass staircase.

The kitchen has quartz countertops, custom wood cabinets, an oversized island with a breakfast bar, an integrated refrigerator and oven, and a built-in bar.

The spectacular first-floor primary suite boasts a separate sitting room and a walk-in closet.

Outdoor oasis

An outdoor oasis features illuminated pathways lined with trees; an infinity pool with a hot tub; and a kitchen with a hibachi, pizza oven, barbecue, and wine fridge.

The property comes with a guest apartment.
