Historical Home That Sits Mere Minutes From Taylor Swift’s Rhode Island Mansion Hits the Market for $12 Million
A 105-year-old Rhode Island property that is located just around the corner from pop star Taylor Swift's beloved vacation getaway has hit the market for the first time in 90 years, with an asking price of $12.2 million.
While the dwelling was initially listed at the end of July, it has gained fresh attention in recent days amid reports that Swift and her fiancé, NFL star Travis Kelce, are set to turn the area surrounding the singer's home into a hot spot of celebrity activity by hosting their wedding there in summer 2026.
Given its proximity to the singer's own Watch Hill mansion, the home would undoubtedly offer up a front-row seat to at least some of that action when the big day rolls around.
While the home does not offer the same private beach access that Swift, 35, enjoys at her historical property, there are still plenty of luxurious amenities.
The charming dwelling, which spans 4,645 square feet and sits on 2.6 acres of lush green land, boasts eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, and "commanding views of the ocean," according to the listing.

Perhaps one of the most alluring aspects of the home is its incredible privacy and security, which rival that of Swift's dwelling.
"Imagine a property so private that few people actually know that it exists yet it is in the heart of the charming seaside village of Watch Hill, RI, has commanding ocean views of Fishers Island, NY, the borough of Stonington, Connecticut, and RI's own Napatree Point," the listing crows.
"Once the site of the Atlantic House, a 19th-century seaside hotel, this property is being offered on the market for the first time in over 90 years and features 2.6 acres of lovely, tree-filled landscape, two houses and a separate garage featuring a small guest quarters, all offered 'as is.'"
In addition to panoramic waterfront views, the dwelling's facade boasts a rustic wood charm along with an adorable deck for guests to gather.
Inside, the expansive floor plan includes a large living area with a neutral aesthetic and exposed wooden beams on the ceiling, as well as a cozy fireplace.
The kitchen has the same all-white theme, however, there is also a red countertop to add a fun pop of color.
The dining area is the epitome of charm thanks to its wooden table, which is situated in front a window. The bedrooms are spacious with large windows and a beach aesthetic.

"The lucky buyer will have a front row seat to every stunning sunset," the listing states. "From this site, enjoy the boating activity in the harbor, the many 4th of July coastal fireworks displays and stroll over to enjoy the 5-star Ocean House Hotel just steps away!
"And tucked away is a hidden path that will lead you to shops, dining and activities that await you in the village of Watch Hill. The two houses on the property offer the buyer an immediate opportunity to move in and begin enjoying summer while they ponder the possibilities that await on this beautiful property!"
The home is just steps away from Swift's Rhode Island property, where she often hosts July 4 parties and where she will most likely celebrate her wedding.
It was previously claimed that Swift and Kelce, 36, are planning to tie the knot on June 13, 2026, at the nearby Ocean House resort in Westerly, RI, having reportedly offered a very hefty sum to a couple who had already booked the venue for that date in a bid to secure it for themselves.
Insiders told Page Six that Swift and Kelce have wanted to tie the knot at the Rhode Island venue, which is just steps away from the singer's Rhode Island home, for quite some time.
According to the sources, while the couple had been eyeing another Rhode Island location—a Gilded Age mansion known as The Breakers—they have recently changed their minds as their plans have evolved.
The couple reportedly made the decision to pivot locations after realizing that they wanted to invite more guests than they had initially planned for—pushing the total number of invitees to more than their previously chosen location could accommodate.
The singer—who got engaged to the football player in August—previously offered fans a glimpse into her swoon-worthy romance with Kelce in her new album, "The Life of a Showgirl," which was released on Oct. 3.
Swift revealed that she has already pictured her life with Kelce in one of her tracks, titled "Wi$h Li$t," confessing that the NFL pro has left her envisioning what kind of mom she would be to a "whole block" of kids.

"I just want you/Have a couple of kids, got the whole block lookin' like you/Got me dreaming about a driveway with a basketball hoop," the lyrics go.
The lyrics were just the latest indication that Swift may be slowing down from a life on the road following the release of her 12th album—which debuted just a few months after her sold-out global "Eras Tour" came to an end.
The "Lover" hitmaker even admitted that she was "tired" from her busy schedule while speaking on BBC Radio 1 with Greg James and hinted that she has no plans to tour on such a huge scale anytime soon.
“Have you got the itch for another something soon?” James asked, to which Swift quickly replied, “No, no.”
She then confessed that she was "so tired" following her "Eras Tour."
“Like when I think about doing it again because I would wanna do it really, really well again,” she said.
Her decision to dial things back may have to do with her desire to embrace a domestic life with Kelce, who she says made her wishes come true.
"I made wishes on all of the stars/Please God, bring a best friend who I think is hot," she added in the upbeat track.
Swift made several references to the football star in other tracks, even giving fans a glimpse into a more intimate part of their relationship.
"Honey, I'm home, we could play house/We can bed down, pick me up/Who's the baddest in the land/What's the plan?/You could be my forever night stand," she belted in another hit, "Honey."
In "Fate of Ophelia," she sang, "You dug me out of my grave and saved my heart from the fate of Ophelia/Keep it one hundred on the land (Land), thе sea (The sea), the sky/Pledge allegiance to your hands, your team, your vibes/Don't care where the hell you've been (Been) 'cause now (Now), you're mine."
And, Swift even admitted that tying the knot didn't cross her mind before she met Kelce, confessing in her hit "Eldest Daughter" that she "didn't believe in marriage."
