Inside Beyonce’s Lavish $300 Million Property Portfolio as She Reaches Billionaire Status
Beyoncé has officially joined the billionaire club, amassing her fortune through a mix of chart-topping hits, Grammy-winning music, and savvy business ventures—much of which she’s invested in an impressive real estate empire
Forbes revealed that the "Texas Hold 'Em" songstress, 44, surpassed billionaire status in December 2025, noting that her transition to country music and her tour helped make her the fifth musician to ever reach the 10-figure fortune.
Although her "Cowboy Carter" Tour helped push her over the billionaire status edge, Beyoncé's 2023 "Renaissance" World Tour also helped her cement her spot in the ultrawealthy club, with it bringing in over $579 million in revenue, as per Billboard.
In addition to her impressive music career, Beyonce also has earned her wealth through her Ivy Park collection with Adidas; the launch of her hairline, Cécred; and her whiskey brand, Sir Davis.

The songstress, who shares children Blue Ivy, 13, and twins Rumi and Sir, 8, with husband Jay-Z, whom she married in 2008, has invested much of her fortune into an impressive real estate portfolio. Now, Realtor.com® has revealed the full extent of her property holdings.
The lovebirds hold the keys to a sprawling, $88 million Bel-Air mansion, which recently made headlines.
The "Crazy in Love" singer and the rapper, 55, reportedly took out a $57.75 million mortgage on the sprawling dwelling, which they picked up in 2017, which was first reported by the Daily Mail.
The outlet claimed that Hollywood's favorite lovebirds took out the 30-year loan from Morgan Stanley's Private Banking Division in April. It reportedly comes with a 5% interest rate for the first 10 years.
When the couple purchased the Los Angeles–area abode, they borrowed $52.8 million and then refinanced it with Goldman Sachs for the same amount.
According to the Daily Mail, the couple are taking a large hit from the extensive taxes on the property in addition to the $111 million they have borrowed.
The outlet reported that Beyoncé and Jay-Z are paying over $1.2 million in property taxes for the year, or around $100,343 per month, meaning that the A-listers are currently spending $637,244 per month on the taxes and mortgages for the abode.

The couple's 18,778-square-foot home was designed by architect Paul McClean, and the ultramodern compound comprises six sprawling structures.
Built on spec, the fabulous design took the place of a dated (and subsequently demolished) mansion that was sold in 2013 for $15 million.
The spread features eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, plus a media room, four outdoor swimming pools, patios and terraces, and a 15-car garage.
It is also equipped with bulletproof windows, offering the stars peak privacy. Furthermore, the couple installed additional security features as well as living quarters for security staff.
The high-profile couple boast an impressive property portfolio, including their spectacular $190 million seven-bedroom Malibu, CA, estate, which they purchased in 2024.
The 5.9-acre property right off the Pacific Coast Highway set a record for the most expensive home sale in California history.
The property in the Paradise Cove neighborhood previously changed hands in 2003 for $14,500,140. It reportedly was quietly shopped around with a $295 million price tag when the megawatt couple purchased it.

The concrete compound was designed by Tadao Ando and took over 15 years to build. Ando also built a smaller concrete home in Malibu that Kanye West picked up in 2021 for $57.25 million.
The 40,000-square-foot main home the Carters purchased was built for art collector William Bell and comes with a private beach.
In 2017, they picked up a $25.9 million East Hampton estate, succinctly named the “Pond House." The 1.9-acre property sits on Georgica Pond and comes with over 200 feet of water frontage.
This seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom home offers over 12,000 square feet of living space. Built in 2008, it features parquet de Versailles flooring, 18th-century French Louis XV–carved stone fireplaces, and hand-carved marble bathtubs.
Out back, there’s an 1,800-square-foot guesthouse and a 45-foot-long infinity pool. The property is adjacent to a 17-acre meadow preserve belonging to the Nature Conservancy.
In 2015, it was reported that the couple picked up a 13,292-square-foot former church in New Orleans.
Now a mansion called "La Casa de Castille" in the city's Historic Garden District, it features seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
There are oversized arched windows, a claw-foot tub, a floating staircase, and soaring ceilings. The spacious main house and three apartments can comfortably accommodate a family and then some.
Built in the 1920s, the three-story structure has had many past lives—including one as a ballet school.
The lovebirds also own a marvelous $6.8 million condo in Manhattan's Tribeca neighborhood. It's in a seven-story prewar building with just 27 units.
Jay-Z purchased this pad in 2004. With over 8,300 square feet of living space and a 3,000-square-foot terrace, the downtown property was the perfect backdrop for the couple's private 2008 wedding.
Beyoncé is currently on her "Cowboy Carter and the Rodeo Chitlin' Circuit Tour."
