The whispers surrounding their alleged love affair heightened when a 2023 interview of Lopez’s ex Ben Affleck claiming he was “disturbed” by just how much his then-wife loved the Western TV show resurfaced.

The “Gone Girl” actor told “The Bill Simmons Podcast” about his concerns about Lopez’s obsession with the series, sparking fans to question if Affleck had predicted Costner and Lopez’s rumored coupling long ago.

However, a spokesperson for Costner has adamantly denied those rumors, telling People magazine that the actor “is not seriously involved with anyone and not necessarily looking for anything more than that right now.”

It’s no surprise Costner has an impressive property portfolio as his portrayal of John Dutton on the fan-favorite series “Yellowstone” has earned him a staggering sum of $1.3 million per episode.

And, the Hollywood star—whose net worth is around $400 million, according to court documents from his divorce—is certainly pouring some of his astonishing fortune into his multiple residences.

In 1988, Costner purchased an enormous property in Carpinteria, CA, and it soon became the primary residence of him and his first wife, Cindy Silva. The couple tied the knot in 1978 but split in 1994.

Although it is unclear just how much the actor forked over for the compound, the property is now valued at around $145 million.

The stunning home sits on 1.4 acres of land and boasts a main house and two additional homes, which all offer sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean.

When Costner and Silva called it quits on their nearly two-decade marriage, the actor took ownership of the property.

However, the compound was thrown back into the spotlight in 2023 when Costner and Baumgartner divorced and fans questioned just who would take the keys to the property.

At the time, reports emerged Baumgartner refused to leave and moved into one of the smaller homes on the land.

Eventually, the designer and Costner reached an agreement and she packed her belongings and moved to a $40,000-a-month rental in Montecito, CA, leaving the gorgeous—and pricey—pad all to the “Horizon” actor.

Costner also owns a home just down the street from the property, according to Insider.

The home was briefly put on the market for $60 million in 2017.

In June, the actor admitted that he had taken out a mortgage on the property to fund his upcoming film, “Horizon: An American Saga.”

Just one year after he purchased his Carpinteria compound, Costner and Silva forked over an undisclosed amount in 1989 for the property.

The stunning home is located in La Cañada Flintridge, CA, and was designed by architect John McInnes.

It boasts an Italian Mediterranean aesthetic, with the main home sprawling across 6,754 square feet and a separate structure covering 840 square feet.

The property boasts a 1,000-bottle wine cellar, custom aquarium, and game room.

In addition to its entertainment areas, the California compound features five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

The former lovers owned the property for just under a decade before deciding to say goodbye to the home.

The megamansion initially hit the market with a $5.5 million asking price. It was later sold to a lucky buyer for $2.69 million.

Los Angeles residence

Following his divorce from Silva in 1994, Costner decided to purchase his very own Spanish-style property in Los Angeles for $3 million in 1995.

His flashy purchase came just after he garnered an Oscar for his appearance in “Waterworld.”

Although little is known about the property, according to the Los Angeles Times, measures 9,000 square feet and comes with five bedrooms and staff quarters.

The home also boasts a library, gym, wine cellar, screening room, tennis court, and swimming pool.

The property certainly attracted the attention of Hollywood stars as Costner decided to sell the home to Ryan Seacrest for $11.5 million in 2006.

Aspen ranch

Although the actor’s California homes are certainly impressive, the most magnificent piece in his portfolio is sure to be his sprawling Aspen, CO, ranch.

Costner and Baumgartner bought the property in 2000 for $300,000 and even tied the knot there in 2004.

The Colorado ranch measures 6,000 square feet and is just minutes from downtown Aspen.

Costner’s vacation getaway exudes elegance as it boasts its very own lake, baseball field, sledding hill, and three hot tubs.

The actor pours a lot of love into the home, having helpers taking care of the grounds 24/7.

When he isn’t using it, Costner rents out the home for a jaw-dropping $36,000 a night. According to reports, the actor often amasses as much as $250,000 per week from his property.
