President Donald Trump and his son, Eric, separately shared the first look at the future presidential library on social media.

Eric posted on X a video with renderings of the towering glass skyscraper to be built in Miami.

"Over the past six months, I have poured my heart and soul into this project with my incredible team @Trump," Eric wrote on X.

He is a trustee of the Trump Library Foundation. The building is set to be constructed on property once owned by Miami Dade College.

The renderings show the towering glass structure with the "Trump" name boldly at the top, in the familiar font seen on the president's other buildings, standing next to Biscayne Bay.

The video gives a walk-through of what can be expected in the future library, complete with lots of gold accents and the presidential seal—also in gold.

Inside, renderings show a golden escalator in an atrium where several military aircrafts surround a Boeing 747 presidential plane. Last year, the Trump Administration officially accepted the plane which was given as a gift from the Qatari government. At the time, the White House said the plane was a gift to the Department of Defense (now known as the Department of War).

The plane is not yet in use as it needs to be customized to meet Air Force One standards, but according to Politico, the "White House said it would donate the aircraft to Trump's library to take ownership of it after leaving office."

Other floors of the presidential library include an indoor stadium-seating auditorium for speeches with large audio-visual walls, a glass wall looking out at the bay, and a larger-than-life gold statue of Trump holding up his fist.

Another rendering shows a replica of the West Colonnade of the White House where Trump installed the "walk of fame" (plaques of past presidents).

A rendering also shows the new ballroom which will give visitors the opportunity to see after hearing current coverage of the actual ballroom which Trump is building at the White House right now to the tune of $400 million.

No renderings of any actual books inside the presidential library, but Trump's library will have a mock-up of the Oval Office showcasing more of the gold accents he added to the current Oval Office.

A rooftop space connected to the skyscaper will feature green space with palm trees and fountains overlooking the bay—a prime setting for outdoor events.

Eric Trump went onto say in his X post, "This landmark on the water in Miami, Florida will stand as a lasting testament to an amazing man, an amazing developer, and the greatest President our Nation has ever known."

The president included a link on his Truth Social post directing people to the the Trump Library site and ways to donate.

Donated land

The future site of Trump's presidential library will be set on nearly 3 acres donated by Miami Dade College and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.

But controversy surrounded the donation, when members of the Miami Dade College Board of Trustees unanimously voted last December to give away the lot for the purpose of the presidential library. The second vote came after an earlier vote was the center of a lawsuit.

Public meetings leading up to the vote were attended by dozens of people who opposed the transfer of the land for the library, but others spoke in favor of the property donation saying it would be an economic boost for the city.

According to NPR, the plot was purchased by the college in 2004 for $24.8 million, but since then, some are estimating the land is now worth over $300 million.

The college did not receive any money for the transfer.
