Luxury real estate titans Oren and Tal Alexander, and their brother, Alon, were convicted on Monday on all counts in a sprawling sex trafficking case accusing them of drugging and raping dozens of women after luring them with invitations to glamorous vacations.

It took jurors three days of deliberations to deliver the guilty verdicts, bringing to a close the Alexander brothers' five-week trial in Manhattan federal court, during which 11 women testified against the defendants.

Twins Oren and Alon, 38, and their older brother, Tal, 39, were observed shaking their heads as the jury foreperson said "guilty" for each of 19 the charges against them, reported the Associated Press.

The Alexanders could face life in prison when they're sentenced on Aug. 6. Their attorneys said they plan to appeal the verdicts.

"We believe in our clients’ innocence, and we’re not going to stop fighting until we prevail, and we believe that we will one day prevail," said defense lawyer Marc Agnifilo outside the courthouse.

Meanwhile, U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton described the brothers' convictions as an important step in the fight against sex trafficking.

"Federal sex offenses are all too prevalent in our society and all too often go unreported and unpunished," Clayton said in a statement. The truth is sex trafficking and other federal sex offenses are present in many walks of life and we have not done enough to root it out.  The abuse inflicted upon the victims is disgusting, scarring, and should not be tolerated."

What the Alexander brothers were charged with

All three brothers were found guilty of conspiracy to commit sex trafficking and sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion.

Alon and Tal were also convicted of sex trafficking of a minor, while Alon and Oren were convicted of aggravated sexual abuse by force or intoxicant and sexual abuse of a physically incapacitated person.

Additionally, Oren was convicted of sexually exploiting a minor after prosecutors showed the jury a video he recorded of himself appearing to assault a drugged 17-year-old girl in 2009.

Oren and Tal Alexander, who co-founded the real estate firm Official specializing in elite properties catering to the rich and famous in Miami, New York, and Los Angeles, were arrested in December 2024 along with Alon, who ran the family's private security company.

Prosecutors said that the affluent, high-flying siblings repeatedly and violently sexually assaulted and raped scores of victims "using the promise of luxury experiences, travel, and accommodations to lure and entice women to locations where they were then forcibly raped or sexually assaulted, sometimes by multiple men," according to a superseding indictment.

Victims testified at trial that they met the brothers on dating apps, at nightclubs, and at parties, and were attacked after accepting their invitations to travel to luxury destinations like Aspen, CO, and the Hamptons.

Before being assaulted, the women said they were drugged with cocaine or psychedelic mushrooms.

The Alexanders' lawyers argued that while the men might have been womanizers, their sexual escapades were consensual.

"You may find this behavior immoral, but it is not criminal," said Teny Geragos, one of the attorneys representing Oren.

Besides the federal case, the brothers have been hit with nearly two dozen civil lawsuits in the past two years, accusing them of sexual misconduct dating back years.

Last week, Tracy Tutor, a reality TV star who appeared in Bravo’s "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles," filed a complaint claiming that Oren drugged and assaulted her inside a restroom while attending a dinner party in New York City in 2014.

The Alexander brothers have denied all allegations against them.
