“The current owners hired Shed Architecture to reimagine a wholly new structure,” says listing agent Cherie Hasson. The design firm “took it down to the foundation and rebuilt and added a second level. All the windows were designed to look out onto greenery or views.”

In fact, Hasson reports that “the listing attracted six impassioned offers and sold with a strong bidding war last week.”
