Matt Bellamy, lead singer and guitarist of the rock band Muse, recently put his SoCal digs on the market for $5,995,000.

The 3,685-square-foot, six-bedroom, six-bath spread sits on a gated, half-acre lot just minutes from the coast. Bellamy bought the contemporary-style getaway in 2016 for $2.6 million. According to the L.A. Times, the home was his second residential purchase in the area.

Upscale living

This stucco abode is in Malibu’s Point Dume neighborhood, an upscale community where other celebs (Anthony Hopkins and Chris Hemsworth, among others) also once lived.

The place was built in 1989 and recently renovated.

When he’s not relaxing in Malibu, Bellamy might be found at his posh Los Angeles compound: the Brentwood estate he bought from retired tennis player Pete Sampras in 2017.

Bellamy, 45, is the powerhouse frontman of the Grammy-winning rock band. He also plays bass in the supergroup Jaded Hearts Club.
