NBA All-Star Victor Oladipo Sets Record With Sale of $9M Miami Beach Home

Well-traveled shooting guard Victor Oladipo is on the move again. The NBA All-Star just sold his star-worthy Miami Beach home for $9 million, a price that set a local record for the highest-priced, non-waterfront sale on Hibiscus and Palm Island.

Oladipo was traded by the Miami Heat to the Oklahoma City Thunder in July—the fifth time he’s been dealt during his 10-year career in the league.

Back in 2021, he sold a home (with an amazing shoe closet!) in Orlando for $1.8 million. He had purchased the place after being drafted by the Magic in 2013.

But it’s his most recent sale that has folks buzzing. Hibiscus Island is a posh Miami Beach enclave that’s popular with Hollywood A-listers and pro athletes. Here’s a look at Oladipo’s fabulous former digs.

Set on a large corner lot, the seven-bedroom home sports nearly 6,500 square feet of angular contemporary design. Vaulted ceilings greet you at the entry, and enormous sliding doors create seamless flow between the interior and the outside spaces.
