NFL Free Agent Jarvis Landry Wins Big With Recent $1.2M Florida Home Sale

Free agent wide receiver Jarvis Landry has sold again this summer. The talented pass catcher recently completed a $1,250,000 deal on his home in Plantation, FL.

In the summer of 2022, he sold his mansion in Columbia Station, OH, for $1.2 million. The sale turned a decent profit, considering he paid $836,000 for the place in 2018.

And Landry is a winner in the red-hot Florida real estate market, too. He purchased his Sunshine State home in March 2019 for $795,000, leaving him with a roughly $400,000 profit on his most recent transaction.

As for his now-former digs, let’s take a closer look at the four-bedroom, waterfront residence that clocks in at just under 3,000 square feet.

A cool, white interior color scheme—perfect for Florida’s steamy climate—pairs nicely with the home’s abundant amenities. Highlights include that coveted waterfront acreage and a cul-de-sac location for maximum privacy. There’s an open layout on the first floor, where the living and dining rooms flow smartly to the kitchen.

The pool and patio can be glimpsed through large, sliding doors in these spaces. Gleaming, black countertops and a three-seat island are focal points in the kitchen.

The primary bedroom offers views of the yard and pool, and the main bathroom comes with luxe double vanities and a long soaker.

Along with the 121 feet of lake frontage, the property has a backyard hot tub and a three-car garage.

Landry, 30, starred in college at Louisiana State University. A Louisiana native, he was drafted by the Miami Dolphins in the second round in 2014 and also went on to play for the Cleveland Browns. An ankle injury limited him to just nine games in his single season with the New Orleans Saints last year. Now a free agent, Landry will likely catch on with a new squad as teams see a need for depth at the wide receiver position.
