Once you turn your car out of the Las Vegas desert and pull through the privacy gates of this famous Sin City party palace, you’ll feel like you’re in a different world.

It’s a superluxe party central—an influencer’s splashy paradise. The head-turning property was formerly an all-star vacation rental and filming location, and now it’s up for grabs at the reduced price of $6,975,000.

Last purchased in 2020 at $2,999,000, the place received a glitzy makeover. Vast amounts of marble, upscale designer glass tile, and other chic finishes (plus top-of-the line Viking appliances and over-the-top entertainment features) were added.

The striking estate first hit the market in June for $7,790,000, which then quickly increased to $7,895,000. Still listed, the home has more recently been reduced to its current discounted, but still pricey, amount.

It was also a location for the adult reality series “Joselin’s Cabaret” for an entire season and was featured on the reality show “Love & Hip Hop.” Plus, the place is rumored to have been selected for a Las Vegas episode of “House Hunters on Vacation.”

“I call this the unicorn property, because there’s nothing like it in Las Vegas,” says listing agent Rachel Black Johnson, with Century 21 Gavish Real Estate. She took the utmost care in the staging of the estate, which looks ready to host a blowout bash.

It’s minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and the airport; and with 10 bedrooms and six baths, the roomy residence can actually sleep up to 24.

As an investment property, it would make the perfect destination wedding venue. The ceremony could take place on one of the many pool bridges or in the elevated island gazebo, and the reception could be held indoors or out. And catering would be a breeze from the extensive indoor kitchen, along with the poolside bar and kitchen out back.

Guests can be entertained in the movie theater, the separate game room with pinball and video games (some included in the price), or putting around on the mini-golf course that snakes its way around the pools.

But only the esteemed hosts get to enjoy the primary suite, which is reminiscent of luxurious penthouse accommodations in the hotels on the Strip. It features a round, king-size bed; an extra-large Jacuzzi spa; a walk-through shower; fireplace; giant TV; and all the privacy you could want—the suite occupies its own floor.

In all, the property sprawls across more than an acre and has 8,467 square feet of living space. And, impressively, there are more than 2,000 square feet of patios, according to Black Johnson.

Some would consider this a real trophy house, a Las Vegas collector’s item, or a corporate retreat.

You’d have to verify city zoning requirements, but the special-events and film-location income potential could be significant.
