Pop sensation Pink has reportedly snapped up a historic $21.5 million townhouse in New York's Greenwich Village, mere weeks after revealing she had relocated her entire family from California to the Big Apple to support her 14-year-old daughter's dream of being on Broadway.

Pink, whose real name is Alecia Beth Moore, revealed during an early March appearance on Kelly Clarkson's talk show that she had made the move to Manhattan, noting at the time that her daughter, Willow, was going to "study theater" in the city.

And it seems that she has wasted no time in securing an East Coast home base for her family, with the Wall Street Journal reporting that Pink is preparing to close on a stunning Greek Revival townhouse that is described in its listing as a "masterpiece."

It's thought that the striking property, which was originally built in 1849, will serve as a primary residence for Pink and her husband, Carey Hart, as well as their two kids, Willow and Jameson, 9.

Certainly, there is ample room for the family in the townhome, which spreads across more than 7,800 square feet, including five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and multiple living spaces.

Described in its listing as an "artist's legacy," the home certainly appears to be the perfect pad for the creative family, having most recently been owned by sculptor Gonzalo Fonseca and his wife, painter Elizabeth Kaplan Fonseca.

The family has owned the home for nearly seven decades, according to the listing, and the couple raised all four of their children at the property, including author Isabel Fonseca.

"Step into a piece of New York City history, a magnificent Greek Revival mansion that has served as a creative haven for over a century," the listing, which was held by Nick Gavin and Mary Ellen Cashman of Compass, crows.

"Lovingly stewarded by the same family for nearly 70 years, this grand residence has been thoughtfully updated and modernized in preparation for the next chapter in its illustrious history."

Before the Fonseca family, the property was owned by sculptor Daniel Chester French, the man behind the Lincoln Memorial, who added a "breathtaking" studio space to the house in the 1880s.

That studio was later used by dancer and choreographer Valerie Bettis, who crafted routines for some of Hollywood and Broadway's biggest heavyweights, including famed screen siren Rita Hayworth.

"The home has since nurtured three generations of artists, remaining a beloved gathering spot for Greenwich Village's most celebrated creative minds," the listing adds.

Upon entering the property, guests are greeted with an all-white interior and soaring ceilings.

On the sixth floor, guests will find another stunning entertaining area, which is described in the listing as the "pinnacle of the home," offering ample room for relaxing, as well as a wet bar, full bathroom, and access to a private terrace. (Realtor.com)

The living area boasts a cozy fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows.

The lounging space opens up to the kitchen, which follows the same neutral aesthetic and features state-of-the-art appliances, an island, and a breakfast table.

"The kitchen is appointed with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, an 8-burner Forno range, Wolf microwave, and marble countertops," adds the listing.

The dining room is an entertainer's dream thanks to its skylight, piano, and large seating table.

The master bedroom features enough space for a king-sized bed, large windows, and a walk-in closet.

"Fourth Floor (Primary Suite): Offers spectacular, oversized proportions with beautiful treetop views. This suite includes a large dressing room (which can function as an additional bedroom or home office) and an en-suite bathroom with a double marble vanity, soaking tub, and separate shower," reads the listing.

The other bedrooms offer the same lavish touch and enough space for at least a queen-sized bed, while the bathrooms boast glass-enclosed showers, large soaking tubs, and dual vanities.

The townhouse also comes complete with three office spaces and another lounging space situated next to a bookshelf.

On the sixth floor, guests will find another stunning entertaining area, which is described in the listing as the "pinnacle of the home," offering ample room for relaxing, as well as a wet bar, a full bathroom, enormous windows, and access to a private terrace that offers "iconic views across the Village."

It's thought that Pink is in the final stages of closing on the home, which is currently listed as "pending" sale. It is not currently known exactly what price the pop star paid for the property.

However, it's likely that she secured a sizable discount on the purchase of the home, at least compared to the $25 million asking price that it was first listed with in September 2024. The townhouse bounced on and off the market in the months after that date, before it was relisted with the lower price of $21.5 million in November 2025.

Pink is said to have made an offer not long after that most recent listing.

It is unclear whether the move to New York will prompt Pink to sell her longtime California home, a stunning 25-acre vineyard in Santa Ynez Valley, where she began producing her own wine label, Two Wolves, several years ago.

Records show that the singer purchased the sprawling property for $8.99 million in 2013—five years before she unveiled her wine to the world.

According to Page Six, the family moved from the West Coast earlier this year.

The outlet reported in February that the singer had made the move east, with sources suggesting that she had spent time in the city over the summer, when she is thought to have been scoping out locations for her family to live.

In addition to Willow's ambitions, however, one insider suggested there may be another reason for Pink's move, hinting that the singer is being lined up to take over "The Kelly Clarkson Show" for good after its original host revealed that she is stepping down.

"She’s been guest-hosting and it seems she’s doing very well, and that’s the plan," the insider claimed, however other sources have since insisted that the show will not continue in any form after its current season draws to a close.

While Pink has not yet commented on the reports, she has been very open about her daughter's future goals, telling People in May 2024: "She wants to do Broadway and then be a trauma surgeon.

“Yeah, she's rad. She's got a voice, man. She's a little bird."
