“The fact that it’s just minutes away from Louse Point Beach is a huge bonus,” Gomez notes. “It’s hands down, the best-kept secret out east—very much a local hangout spot.”

And if that’s not enough, the inviting property is just a short drive to Amagansett, East Hampton, and some of the area’s best farm stands.
