Roll Tide! Alabama Football Coach Nick Saban Scores $17.5M Florida Estate

University of Alabama football coach Nick Saban has purchased a $17.5 million home in Jupiter, FL, as reported by The Real Deal.

The 6,200-square-foot, six-bedroom residence was built in 1992. Prior to Saban’s arrival, the swanky beach pad last changed hands in 2014.

Just steps from the water, this modern mansion offers 150 feet of ocean frontage and an additional 150 feet of Intracoastal Waterway frontage. Here, you can spend your days lounging on the beach and swimming in the sea without ever leaving home.

Resortlike living

Walking into this house feels like arriving at a tropical hotel.

The large living room is full of luxe details, including double-height ceilings, a fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows that open to the water.

Countertops for days

A simple yet chic kitchen has a wraparound counter, center island with a range, sleek white cabinets, and two walls of windows. Enjoy your meals in the dining nook or the formal dining room.

Like a dream

Head upstairs via the see-through steps, and you’ll find several bedrooms and a home gym. There’s also a space that can be used as an office. Additionally, multiple balconies off of the rooms are ready-made backdrops for relaxation.

There are also multiple well-appointed bathrooms with eye-catching details, including blue marble and curved windows.

Gorgeous guest suite

A guest suite rounds out the property. In it, you’ll find sleeping quarters, a sitting area, and a mini kitchen. There’s also a private entrance.

Only the best

Other high-end amenities include a three-car garage and a private dock with a 40,000-lbs boat lift. A whole-house generator and a top-of-the-line reverse-osmosis water system are particularly nice extras, too.

Saban, 71, has been the head football coach at the University of Alabama since 2007 and has led the team to six national titles.
