Suns Guard Bradley Beal Lists His $8.5M Modern Mansion in Venice, CA

As he heads into his first season with the Phoenix Suns, All-Star guard Bradley Beal is in search of a non-work-related win. He’s hoisted his home in Venice, CA, onto the market for $8.5 million.

The former Washington Wizard purchased the contemporary residence just three years ago for $6.8 million. If this “rare gem” can attract the right buyer, Beal will net a tidy sum.

Here’s a look inside his off-season abode, which measures in at 8,091 square feet and is one of the largest homes ever built in the neighborhood.

The five-bedroom, 5.5-bath house is decked out in a cool gray palette and has an airy layout that flows smartly from the entryway into the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The place abounds with clean lines and a fresh, modern aesthetic.

In the kitchen, you’ll find luxe Miele appliances, quartz counters, a walk-in pantry, and an enormous island. Cozy fireplaces in the living area and main bedroom are the perfect after-hours amenity.

The home also has a finished basement (an unusual feature in this part of the country), where you’ll find a wine cellar, home movie theater, and posh wet bar.

The oversized primary sleep space comes with its own seating area and an adjoining bath with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Large, sliding-glass doors lead to the tranquil yard, where a heated saltwater pool and spa await. Beal, 30, starred in college at the University of Florida. In 2o12, he was drafted at the age of 19 by the Washington Wizards, where he spent the entirety of his NBA career, until now. Beal made three All-Star teams—and went to the playoffs with the Wizards five times but never advanced beyond the second round. In June, Beal was dealt to the Suns and will attempt to become a potent option in the desert, alongside Kevin Durant and Devin Booker.
