TikTok phenomenon Bella Poarch is parting ways with her property in Pacific Palisades, CA—after turning it into an incredible hidden “oasis.”

The social media influencer, who has over 94 million followers on TikTok and boasts one of the site’s most-viewed videos, is asking $4.75 million for her “one-of-a-kind” midcentury modern spread.

Poarch, 27, initially listed her heavenly home in June for just under $5 million. Even with the recent price reduction, she stands to eke out a slight profit, having purchased the home in April 2023 for $4.3 million.

The social media star is known for her quirky and cutesy online content, which is understood to have helped her build an estimated net worth of around $16 million. However, Poarch’s home is a world away from the bubbly, over-the-top clips she shares with fans.

Zen-like oasis

The Zen-like retreat nestled in a natural setting has been “recently updated by its current owner,” the listing notes. It offers four bedrooms across 3,961 square feet of living space, and it comes with an 800-square-foot guesthouse.

Behind the private and gated driveway, the property’s motor court can fit eight cars.

The entry features beautifully carved wood doors, which open to a spacious living room that’s been featured on Poarch’s TikTok account.
