Bunnie XO has admitted that the aftermath of her divorce from country star Jelly Roll has left her struggling to get off the floor of her Tennessee home—or even find the strength to feed herself.

The "Wild Ones" hitmaker, 41, whose real name is Jason DeFord, filed from divorce from his spouse, whose real name is Alisa DeFord, in Williamson County, TN, on May 18, according to court records first obtained by TMZ.

Weeks later, it was revealed that the country music star had given full ownership of his sprawling Tennessee property to his now-ex-wife.

Now, the host of the "Dumb Blonde Podcast," has revealed that the divorce has been taking a toll on her health while speaking on the Open Book With Jenna Bush Hager podcast.

Admitting that she "wasn't eating," Bunnie, 46, confessed that her team had to step in to help her.

"There were moments when my team had to pick me up off the floor and give me IVs," she admitted.

"I was eating baby food to get by. I lost 20lbs. Heartbreak, man, it’s the best freaking diet," she said.

The star noted that she had been trying her best to not break down in front of the public, instead coping with her emotions behind closed doors.

"That’s all you can do. When life hands you lemons, make freaking lemonade. Yeah, it hurt, and I talked about it, and I let viewers in and I let them know on my podcast," she added.

In June, the 46-year-old shared that she and Jelly Roll have managed to navigate what she described as the "best divorce."

"I joke around with him, like, 'Well, you didn't take care of me in the marriage, but you're taking care of me in the divorce!'" she quipped.

"We stan a f---ing king. My husband and I are ending this marriage on the best possible terms that you could ever have in a divorce. We're literally settling our divorce in, like, what? We've done it in three weeks? Two weeks?" she continued, adding that he remains her "best friend."

She revealed that the country star gave her the keys to their sprawling $6 million Franklin, TN, property because he knows "how special it is" to her.

She went on to share that her close friends, Meme Shahan and Hailee Clark, will soon relocate to the compound, where she also plans to help care for their animals.

The couple tied the knot in 2016, just one year after they met at the Las Vegas Country Saloon, where Jelly Roll was performing as the opening act for the Moonshine Bandits.

The property, which was built in 2022, spans close to 7,700 square feet, with five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. It also boasts a five-car garage, basement, resort-style pool, soaring ceilings, and many modern amenities.

Set back from the main road behind a gated driveway, the dwelling sits on close to 10 acres, ensuring that the A-list duo was able to enjoy ample privacy whenever they were at home.

Aerial images of the dwelling reveal that much of the land has been elegantly manicured, with a sloped drive that leads up to the main entrance of the property, featuring enormous windows throughout the main living spaces, helping to fill it with natural light.

While Jelly Roll has not yet revealed his plans for the future, he does have another property he can retreat to: a sprawling 500-acre farm in nearby Burns, TN, which he purchased via a separate trust for $4.5 million in August 2024, records show.

The sizable farm was previously described as being home to an abundance of wildlife—and also features multiple trails and two year-round creeks that run through the land.

Jelly Roll later expanded this rural holding with the addition of an adjacent 18.5-acre parcel that was purchased via the same trust for $500,000 in November 2025.

Both trusts used for the singer's property purchases are registered to the same Franklin business address.

Speaking on her podcast, Bunnie also opened up about what led to their divorce, telling fans that they “have never really been good at having disagreements" and hinting that one of their arguments had led them to realize their relationship wasn't working—for either of them.

She revealed that they had a big fight on May 10, during which she suggested Jelly Roll “file the f---ing divorce papers.”

However, she explained that she later realized she had been “speaking out of anger and frustration," noting that she backtracked on her divorce threat almost immediately—only for her husband to admit he did want to move ahead with a separation.

Bunnie, on the other hand, said she had been willing to put the work in, noting that she had advocated for them to attend couple's therapy together.

“I felt like we deserved a chance to go to therapy and figure s--t out. He didn’t feel that way, and I respect it. It took me a month and a half now to respect that," she admitted.

TMZ reported on June 15 that a moving truck was spotted outside their Nashville-area dwelling; however, at the time, it was unclear exactly whose belongings were being transported.

A photo shared by the outlet captured a large truck from Music City Movers parked outside the Franklin home, which was purchased by the estranged spouses via a trust for $6.2 million in November 2023, according to property records.

Neighbors told the outlet that this was the first time they had seen movers at the home, which is understood to have served as Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO's primary residence for the past two years.
