It seems as though Kim Kardashian had quite a bit of fun during her latest real estate transaction.

During a recent visit to mom Kris Jenner’s home in Palm Springs, the star walked away with a new property.

It all went down during the Nov. 5 episode of “The Kardashians,” where Kim and Kris traveled with sister Khloé Kardashian and Kim’s costars from the upcoming comedy, “The Fifth Wheel”—Nikki Glaser, Brenda Song, and Fortune Feimster.

"The whole family just loves Palm Springs," Kim said. "My grandparents lived in Palm Springs and we would spend every Easter in Palm Springs, so it's really nostalgic for us."

The group kicked off the getaway with some special "gummies” Kim had presented to the group during the private jet ride to the desert.

“I’m so excited because when Kris Jenner and gummies get involved, it is a recipe for success,” said Khloé.

When they touched down at Kris’ gorgeous La Quinta abode, the family members gave Glaser, Song, and Feimster a tour of the backyard, showcasing the hidden trails that connect the property to Kylie Jenner’s home right next door.

“We made these so we can all get to each other the back way instead of going the front way,” Kim told the group as they made their way through the hedges.

In an interview during the episode, Kim—who just so happens to also own a home in close proximity to her mom and half-sister—explained that the house between hers and Kylie’s was up for grabs.

She toyed with the idea of snapping up the estate so that the hidden pathways could be extended to a third property.

“Can you imagine?” she asked, noting that it “would be so much fun” to continue their “little backyard connections.”

After deciding she needed to find out if her home had a better setup, or if the listed house would be an upgrade, Kim went on to encourage the ladies to climb aboard her golf cart to “sneak in” to the yard of the available property.

Although, she issued a word of caution to viewers: “It’s definitely trespassing,” she admitted. “Don’t try this at home, guys.”

After taking a look at the gorgeous yard of the listed home, Kim determined she “could buy this one and have a closer lot and a better thing”

Feimster encouraged the idea, adding, “I don’t know anything about how much it is, but you should buy it.”

Instead of sitting and stewing on it, Kim stepped away to contact the real estate agent.

“He offered me the same price, so if I just sell one for half, then I’m close to Kylie, and this view is so much better,” she said.

A confessional interview with Khloé confirmed that Kim did, in fact, get the house.

“She bought it,” Khloé said. “She actually bought it, so all of this works out for the best.”

Back in the desert, Kim thanked her costars and family members for their support, to which Song replied that they’d be there “anytime you need to break and enter into an open house.”

Kris’ resortlike home spans more than 11,000 square feet and was purchased for $12 million in 2018. It boasts seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, and with a sleek, rectangular pool, outdoor fireplaces, and sweeping mountain views, it’s perfectly-primed for entertaining groups of friends and family.

The dwelling was previously owned by “Rocky” star Sylvester Stallone.

At the time of Kris’ purchase, real estate developer Tyler Drew told Realtor.com® that he had concerns about how existing residents in the “dead-silent” neighborhood might feel about the Kardashians moving in.

“With reality TV stars as neighbors comes reality TV drama, and it’s not like the Kardashians have a low-key lifestyle,” he said. “I wouldn’t blame the neighbors for being upset.”

Luckily, it appeared to be a nonissue, as the famous family eventually became their own neighbors in the years to follow.

In 2019, Kylie acquired her neighboring parcel of land and built her home for $3.25 million.

The next year, Kim and then-husband Kanye West snapped up another undeveloped 2-acre plot in the neighborhood for $6.3 million—which would eventually become the home the Skims founder was looking to offload in the most recent episode of “The Kardashians.”

Aside from Kim’s exciting new real estate update, the family has another thing to celebrate—Kris’ 71st birthday.

The family showed her lots of love on Nov. 5, with Kim and Khloé sharing Instagram Stories showing the sweet moments before Kris blew out the candles on her birthday cake.

“I think one of the most beautiful parts of getting older is getting to know you in so many different ways,” Khloé wrote in another heartfelt post, which used footage from nostalgic family videos, showing Kris at home over the years.

“What I adore most about you is that no matter how much life you’ve lived, you still have this childlike excitement for what’s to come. You’re always dreaming, always evolving, always finding a reason to laugh, celebrate, or make an ordinary Tuesday feel like the most fabulous day of the year,” the doting daughter continued.
