Kylie Kelce has revealed her horror at learning she may have a significant mouse problem at the sprawling Pennsylvania estate where she lives with her husband, former NFL star Jason Kelce, and their children—after a mishap with the family's dishwasher led to a rather disgusting discovery.

The mother of four laid bare her upset over the "bad" infestation during the latest episode of her podcast, "Not Gonna Lie," admitting that the news was particularly shocking to her because she works so hard to keep the family home clean, especially the kitchen.

"I am very particular about the kitchen and food preparation and, in particular, dishes. I love my dishwasher, and I love running it on sanitize. That's my favorite setting. I love heavy duty, and I love sanitize," explained the 34-year-old, who shares daughters Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 5, Bennett, 3, and Finn, 1, with her husband.

"It makes my heart happy. I like to blast basically power wash my dishes and then heat them to a temperature that is going to annihilate anything that could possibly be on them."

However, Kylie's seamless process for sterilizing her dishes hit a significant roadblock when an error code appeared on her dishwasher, prompting her to call in a repair team, who gave her some even graver news.

According to the podcast star, when one of the workmen went to remove the dishwasher from its place in the kitchen so they could replace its heat pump, they found a pile of dog food stashed behind it. It was apparently left there by a mischief of mice, which had chewed through the wires of the appliance to create more space for their snacks.

"To make room for their storage of dog food, they decided to chew every wire they could find," Kylie raged.

Kylie went on to vent her disgust, stating that she not only "hates mice," but is also terrified that her family is now at risk of contracting hantavirus, a potentially deadly illness that is carried by rodents and can be contracted by humans who come into contact with the animals or their feces.

The virus recently made headlines around the world after it was revealed that multiple passengers traveling on a cruise ship had died from a particularly severe strain of the illness, which can be spread between humans.

"I was angrily bleaching the entire kitchen floor because there was mouse droppings," she went on. "And I don't want hantavirus from other people or the authentic way through rodent feces in your kitchen."

Kylie added: "I hate mice [and] their little naked tails."

In preparation for any backlash from her listeners, the Pennsylvania native went on to explain that she does not associate a rodent infestation with dirty or unhygienic households, insisting that she is aware plenty of people struggle with mice issues, even those who live in particularly clean homes.

"This is not a matter of cleanliness. I want to be clear on that," she said. "There's going to be so many people with opinions on this. They have mice in their house."

The proud mom joked that, should the issue not be resolved quickly, she may go to extreme lengths and add a pet cat to their household.

"It might, maybe, end up in a situation where there is a feline resident,” she said, before admitting, “I still am crashing out. It was bad. It was bad. Oh, it was so bad. Oh, thinking about it is making my skin crawl.”

Luckily for Kylie, she does have the opportunity to escape the mouse infestation at her primary residence—by popping across to one of the other structures that are located on the sprawling compound she and Jason have been amassing for several years now.

Jason and Kylie, who married in 2018, have picked up three adjacent properties in the upscale Philadelphia suburb of Haverford to create one giant compound, with reports suggesting that the former NFL star is planning to raze the existing structures and build a "luxury mansion" at the center of the 10-acre estate.

The Philadelphia Eagles alum bought the first of the three homes—a four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom property—for the relatively low sum of $680,000 in 2018. The property came with a three-car garage, a greenhouse, and a custom outdoor pool with waterfalls and a hot tub.

In 2020, Jason bought an adjoining 8-acre property for $3.96 million, then added the third in 2023 for $1.35 million.

Both he and his wife have their own separate podcast studio setups on the property, with Kylie recording "Not Gonna Lie" at the home, while her husband co-hosts "New Heights" with his brother, Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce.

However, according to comments he made during a local planning meeting in March 2025, he was actually hoping to construct another separate abode—as well as a large security fence that will run around the entirety of the property.

Jason cited his family's "unique" security requirements while making his case to local authorities and expressing his desire to remain in the neighborhood.

"We want to be in this area, we like this area a lot," he said, according to local news network WGAL. "Obviously, things for my family are quite unique with the security purposes. We'd like to just deter a little bit of the foot traffic coming in and out of the home."

Jason added that his plans—which also included the removal of several slopes on the land—were drawn up to ensure that any changes, including the addition of a fence, will adhere to the "aesthetic of the area."

The couple's portfolio also extends to Philadelphia native Kylie's beloved Jersey Shore.

In 2023, they purchased a $2.2 million beachfront property in Sea Isle City that features wraparound decks, skylights, and gorgeous views of Ludlam Beach.
