Meg Ryan has officially closed the deal on her stunning Hamptons property, selling the retreat for its full $15.25 million asking price.

The 64-year-old actress first listed the picturesque dwelling, which sits on a lush 1.5-acre parcel in Bridgehampton, NY, in June before finding a buyer just one month later.

In July, the listing was updated to reflect that the property was "pending" sale, indicating that Ryan had accepted an offer, although the terms of the deal remained under wraps.

Now, the Wall Street Journal has revealed that the sale has officially closed, with Ryan securing the entire $15.25 million asking price.

Ryan, who has become almost as well known for her high-end home renovations as she is for her beloved romantic-comedy roles, purchased the Bridgehampton property for $13.5 million in 2024.

The "Sleepless in Seattle," "You've Got Mail," and "When Harry Met Sally" star is certainly no stranger to making major real estate moves.

She previously sold a home in Montecito, CA, for $16.8 million—more than $6 million above the price she paid for the property just three years earlier.

Ryan worked with Evan R. Kulman of Compass on the Bridgehampton listing, while Douglas Elliman agents Paul Brennan and Martha Gundersen represented the buyer in the deal.
