The sprawling Beverly Hills mansion that heiress Paris Hilton and her husband, Carter Reum, rented before buying their own $63 million estate in the same area has returned to the market with a sky-high asking price of $165,000 a month.

While the listing agents declined to comment on the home's former residents, it was widely reported that Hilton and Reum, both 45, rented the Beverly Park property from early 2023, paying $160,000 a month for the expansive abode, which is owned by an investment company tied to Russian expat Leonid Smirnov.

However, in June 2025, they splashed out a staggering $63.1 million to buy an adjacent estate that had previously been owned by actor Mark Wahlberg, leaving their former abode vacant and ready for a new tenant.

The seven-bedroom, 13-bathroom property spans more than 14,000 square feet and is located in the ultralavish gated community of North Beverly Park.

The luxe listing, which is held by Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Realty and Josh Altman of The Altman Brothers Team, notes that the home's elegant design was brought to life by acclaimed megamansion architect Richard Landry using feng shui principles.

The property is also equipped with an elevator and smart home features.

“This extraordinary European estate has been maintained in immaculate condition and is surrounded by impeccably landscaped grounds,” Mills said.

The listing agent went on to explain why the exclusive community has drawn in so many high-profile homeowners—and renters—over the years, noting that its top-of-the-line security, coupled with its opulent setting, help to make it the perfect place for wealthy residents seeking the utmost privacy.

“It represents the pinnacle of luxury living, privacy, and security," she shared. "North Beverly Park, with 24-hour armed gate security and continuous private patrols, is known for its exceptional security and discretion, qualities that have long made the community highly desirable among celebrities and high net worth individuals."

Upon entering the home, guests are greeted with an elegant foyer, which boasts an elegant staircase and tile floors.

The living area exudes class thanks to it dual seating areas, which are separated by a fireplace and piano.

The room features elegant windows that show off the manicured grounds outside.

The dwelling boasts several dining areas, which come complete with stylish fireplaces and large windows that allow natural light to flood in.

The chef's kitchen is anchored by a large granite island and boasts a large amount of counter space, plenty of cabinetry, and state-of-the-art appliances.

Meanwhile, the primary bathroom is fit for royalty thanks to its all-green marble flooring and vanity. There is also a large soaking tub and a glass-enclosed shower.

Elsewhere in the home, there is a large office space and two glamorous walk-in closets.

The property includes 300 feet of frontage and lush landscaping.

Elsewhere on the property, there is a six-car garage and a motor court that can accommodate 21 vehicles. There is also a full-size tennis court, resort-style pool, and plenty of entertaining spaces.

“Few properties combine this degree of scale, privacy, and resort-style living in one of California’s most sought-after residential communities,” Altman said. “From its expansive grounds to its capacity for entertaining, this magnificent residence offers an exceptional Beverly Park experience.”

Hilton resided in the elegant pad just before she splashed out a staggering $63.1 million to buy Wahlberg's former estate.

Her new home boasts 12 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms, and sits on a staggering 6-acre spread that was fully customized by Wahlberg before he moved out in 2022.

Hilton, who shares son Phoenix and daughter London with her husband, closed on the property on June 20, 2025. Records indicate that she was represented in the transaction by her brother, real estate agent Barron Hilton, and his wife, Tessa Hilton.

It marked a positive milestone for the mother of two after what had been a fraught several months—during which she and Reum lost their Malibu beach house in the California wildfires.

At the time, Hilton shared the devastating news on Instagram, revealing that she had been watching live news coverage when she saw the horrifying flames consume her own house.

"Heartbroken beyond words," Hilton wrote while sharing live ABC7 footage of the smoldering remains of her home. "Sitting with my family, watching the news, and seeing our home in Malibu burn to the ground on live TV is something no one should ever have to experience.

"This home was where we built so many precious memories. It’s where Phoenix took his first steps and where we dreamed of building a lifetime of memories with London."

Hilton's three-bedroom home, which offered just under 3,000 square feet of living space, was located in a jaw-dropping spot on La Costa beach, on the side of the Pacific Coast Highway, which was obliterated by the fires as they spread from the Palisades through Santa Monica and Malibu.

She and Reum purchased the abode for $8.4 million in 2021, although they are understood to have been living in a different dwelling at the time of the fires, having relocated to the Beverly Park property shortly after their son was born.

Wahlberg originally purchased the lush land on which the home now sits for the relatively low cost of $8.25 million in 2009, and resided there with his family until 2022, when he announced that he had relocated to Nevada.
