This $18.25 Million Florida Beach Mansion Sits on a Rare Double Lot With 125 Feet of Private Gulf Coastline
A Florida home has more than double the beachfront access as its neighbors.
“It’s incredible. There's nothing like it at all on Bonita Beach and one of the things that really makes this so special is this is two and a half lots of frontage. That's 125 feet of beach access,” says listing agent Colleen Pensa with Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Vanderbilt office.
Most of the other nearby lots have 50 feet of frontage.
“Once you get into the house, the whole back of the house is glass and all you see is the Gulf,” she says. “You don't have to go out to the beach to where the water breaks and lean over. It's incredible.”

Completed in 2019, the home is 6,543 square feet of “coastal elegance” and is listed for $18.25 million.
“Once you go in and you shut the door, it's like you're in a different world. It's soothing and it's relaxing and it's really well done,” Pensa explains, adding it was custom-built for the sellers who used it as a secondary home. “I have been doing this a long time and this house literally took my breath away. I was just absolutely stunned and the quality of everything that they've used is just incredible.”
There are five bedrooms and seven full bathrooms, all capitalizing on the views.
“I wish I could buy it. I wish I could live there. I'm a beach girl, so this house to me is absolutely everything I would want,” she says with a laugh. “Plenty of room for my family, for my kids, nobody's on top of each other.”

The lowest level of the house is the six-car garage, with the large common living spaces above it.
“You can sit 10 people on the kitchen island without sitting in the table that sits in the window overlooking the beach,” Pensa says. “There's plenty of room for everybody and it doesn't come along that often. They seem to be building much more modern now. This is really like old style Florida coastal elegance.”
The color palate is primarily white and blue with raised ceilings and custom millwork. The furnishings are negotiable and the home could either be a vacation property or full-time residence.
“I think you'd be very lucky if you could live every day of your life at the beach. I mean, that would work for me,” she says laughing. “My favorite thing about the house is that I could get up every single day and be in a place that to me is magical. When I'm on the beach, any worries, any issues, anything just kind of melts away. So, to me, this is really like heaven on earth.”

The outdoor area is just off the main living space with huge windows opening to it.
“If you don't want to go to the beach, there's a saltwater pool. There's a covered entertainment area that has a gas fireplace and has ceiling fans and an outdoor kitchen,” she says.
“The pool has an infinity edge, so if you're sitting in a chaise lounge and you're looking across the pool. It looks like the water just drops right off the edge. It's incredible. It is literally a different world.”

The front of the house also stands about from its neighbors and not just because it’s more than three quarters of an acre.
“This [house] actually has a front yard and the the driveway is stone with grass in between. When you look at it, it just draws your eye right to the house,” Pensa explains. “Some [other driveways] are just paved. Some of them are just gravel, but this is completely done. There's nothing left to do in the house and it's very, very well maintained.”
Everything is ready for the next owners.
“I think this really is just a place that you're going to create memories. That's really what it is,” she says. “It's really an escape to get away and just kind of unplug and recharge. And if you're lucky enough to live there every day, that's great too.”
