Born right here in NE Florida, my family has made Saint Augustine home for 4 generations. I went to the University of Florida (BME) and University of Miami (MM). After a career in music as a high school band director turned Active Duty Army Band Officer, I transitioned into a career in real estate. After 10 moves in 11 years I feel like an expert mover and I have a passion for helping people find their dream home. When I'm not helping people buy and sell real estate, you may find me snuggled on the couch with my two little boys Oliver and Theodore, at the gym slinging weights, or on a morning walk at the beach with a cup of coffee!

- Shawn MasonOwners response is meant to save face…he was nice, and certainly protecting his business… (and there were nice receptionists that could witness as well)…but the staff that were argumentative must have felt uncomfortable (or maybe stressed) only because they didn’t have any other response to my questions except “that is the law”. At no point do I expect people to break the law, but there are ways to interact with people without breaking the law…instead of continuing to repeat “it is the law”…from a company that stays they are “people before property”, is a little far fetched with every interaction I have had with them for the past 2 years. And yes, they continued to ask me to leave when I was just sitting there quietly trying to research the “law” no matter what the next response is
- Shawn MasonSTAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY (their property management side), I feel like they are a bunch of scammers and even when they say they are in the people business, they don’t like to talk with you…they only communicate through certified mail…almost hard to believe, but true Owner was nice but his staff are very rude and unkind and will throw the law book at you, so you better know your stuff when signing up with them! Don’t expect your deposit back within 30 days, you will just get a certified letter with all your deductions, that you have to send another certified letter back if you have a disagreement…the process will wear you out so the company/landlord will just be able to keep your money until you give up I went to their office to resolve, and they kicked me out…crazy I believe, but their business, and just handed me papers of the law
