Sabina De Boer Agent
J. "Sabina" De Boer (also known as Sabina Ursem or Jacoba De Boer, but that is a story she'd much rather tell you in person!) was born in Heerhugowaard, The Netherlands. She has never been one to sit still as the head of the PTO at her children's elementary school, the team manager of her son's ECNL soccer team, and an event/hospitality coordinator for a non-profit organization! However, her professional passion and first true love have always been real estate.
When she moved to the United States in 2015 with her family, she got a feel for the St. Johns County area and decided that this would be a beautiful place to continue her real estate career. She is a big believer in relationship-building. Whether it's over a cup of tea or coffee, the personal connection she makes with her clients is what guides her in helping them make one of the biggest decisions of their lives! One of the first things Sabina's clients will tell you is that in a dynamic, overwhelming real estate transaction, she will somehow still make it fun!
Open, organized, decisive, and always personally involved, Sabina knows structure and a high-level attention to detail makes the process easy for you. Her personal motto, "Say what you do and do what you say," is how she runs her business and life.
When she's not helping people buy and sell homes, she's spending time with her husband and best friend of 20 years and their two children. She's very creative, making personalized gifts and cards. She also loves puzzles and good books!

- Shawn MasonUPDATE FROM MY ORIGINAL COMMENT BELOW Still no letter and still no deposit back, been almost 3 months since we moved out and they are certainly just waiting this out until I give up it seems…was able to email Cindy and she said they would look into it, this was a few weeks ago…nothing Have talked with several local Facebook groups, etc and this seems like a very common experience with this company Be aware and wouldn’t do any business with this company STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY (their property management side), I feel like they are a bunch of scammers and even when they say they are in the people business, they don’t like to talk with you…they only communicate through certified mail…almost hard to believe, but true Owner was nice but his staff are very rude and unkind and will throw the law book at you, so you better know your stuff when signing up with them! Don’t expect your deposit back within 30 days, you will just get a certified letter with all your deductions, that you have to send another certified letter back if you have a disagreement…the process will wear you out so the company/landlord will just be able to keep your money until you give up I went to their office to resolve, and they kicked me out…crazy I believe, but their business, and just handed me papers of the law
