A three-lot spread on a dramatic bluff in Carpinteria, CA, has just hit the market for an astonishing $80 million, making it this week’s most expensive home.

Originally offered as part of a two-home, 22-acre family compound for $160 million, the slimmed-down, 12-acre offering includes a five-bedroom coastal retreat and two undeveloped parcels.
