"Summer House" alum Danielle Olivera has reportedly resolved a lawsuit against her after failing to pay $16,650 worth of rent for her New York apartment.

Olivera, 37, who appeared on "Summer House" from 2018-2024, was sued by landlords Csaba Kanyaro and Ana Kanyaro for over $16,000 in unpaid rent for her two-bedroom, two-bathroom, and 1,246-square-foot apartment in Brooklyn, NY.

In the suit, which was first reported by TMZ, it was alleged that the reality TV alum had failed to pay her $5,550-a-month rent for November 2025, December 225, and January 2026.

When they filed the lawsuit, the landlords called for Olivera to immediately pay the amount she owed for the pad.

They also demanded that she be kicked out of the home since she had not paid for three months.

Although the case has been at a standstill since January, a source has now told TMZ that it has been resolved.

An insider close to the star told the outlet that "rent is fully paid," adding that she is now back in her landlord's good graces.

The reports about the case comes mere weeks after Olivera and boyfriend Eoin Heavey opened up about their relationship, revealing that they are now living together.

Heavey told Bravo that they had actually crossed paths a bit ago, but recently reconnected.

"We met a long time ago. We both moved to New York around the same time, kind of after college, and we would have overlapped a little bit in regards to friend groups or parties back then. And we did meet back then," he said.

He added, "But I moved, I was living down in Miami for the last year, and moved back up at the start of this year, and we reconnected then. And it's been what, now it's been nine months? But it feels like it's going on five to 10 years, which is a great feeling," he concluded.

Meanwhile, Olivera opened up about how their relationship was progressing now that they are living together, adding that they have spent most of their time cleaning out their closets.

"So we're navigating that, cleaning out closets. Mostly me trying to get rid of stuff cause I have a lot of things, but yeah, basically we're just trying to hang out, do our day-to-day stuff. Work. Play. We travel a lot, so that's been nice," she explained.

The couple began dating in mid 2025, and their relationship has been going strength to strength ever since.
